After a recent issue with our AC unit in the attic, we were in need of some serious drywall repair in our hallway ceiling. While the booking process had a few hiccups from some unintended miscommunication, our tech Jason was great to work with and did an amazing job. He was very thorough, trustworthy and transparent about everything he was doing while working and was very patient and polite. We will definitely be giving them a call for future projects.
This is a very good space for a small office environment. The staff are on top of their game and go beyond to help if they can. If they can't, they will let you know the additional costs. Just like everywhere else, read your contract to make sure you understand it and understand there is an additional cost for anything that's not in the contract. Great place!
Two stars because the rep really did try to work with me. Only two stars because it felt very unprofessional. The waiting area is TINY. If more than one person was there they would feel on top of each other. The day I was there a man was asleep in the waiting area. Neither one of the employees seemed to pay him any attention. Meanwhile, while I was standing at the reception counter another man came up there, said nothing, but just stared at me. I found that it was worth it to drive to Greensboro for Office Evolution for a much more professional vibe.
Regus - Winston-Salem is a well-run location. There is the occassional issue, but that is life! This is a very viable option for temporary, short-term or even long-term office space. There are many things available here. For example, there is a well-kept kitchen at your disposal. There is also a dedicated conference room that would comfortably seat 10 - 12 people and there are smaller offices available for smaller group settings. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. Overall, this is a very viable option for many different business needs.
A great place to rent an office for small businesses. They have a variety of office styles and furniture supplied. Great front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative pretty expensive, to ask the front desk for anything it cost something.
Great office space with many client options! Nice location and good use of space!
For small business owners, I’d stay clear of Regus. Their contractual and cancellation policies are unfair and unethical. They extend your contract without consent, and demand payment for at least four months following requested end dates of contracts.

I have been at Regus Winston Salem for 10 months and it is great. Heather and Rachel are both office and make me look far more professional than I am
