Very positive experience at hospital. Food service appeared understaffed which explains some of the issues I had with the food quality. Professional staff therapist, nurses and Doctor were amazing. Support staff techs were 98% wonderful. Only a couple with attitudes, I reported. ALL others were outstanding.
This is the best physical and occupational therapy professionals I have worked with in a long time. They talked to you as a person and not like a numbered patient. They made sure I was safe and if I was in pain. It was a nice experience.
This place was amazing. The staff was genuine. They really cared about me and my progress. The rooms and the food was excellent. The staff was very informative about any questions I had. I felt like I really mattered to the staff. The excellent care had alot to do with my quick recovery.
Wonderful experience here after a major back surgery. EVERYONE treated me wonderful, with my recovery in mind. My therapy staff was outstanding! I would highly recommend Rehab hospital.
Poor staffing shortages sometimes compromised care. The staff was excellent. Shout outs to Mandy, Melanie,Jenny and Amy for their support and care. Thank you to all the nurses and techs!
They shouldn't admit anyone they aren't willing to evaluate immediately. Very humiliating. 60% functioning to bedridden. Case workers dropped the ball. Otherwise very excellent staff all around! Nothing but praise for everyone!
The rehap day time part-time Personnel I give 100%, but at night time personnel I gave him a 2%. There's a big difference and the way you're treated during the day and at night there's a big difference in the way you sleep during the day and at night the beds are horrible and hard to sleep on it's a good place to get rehab but not a good place to stay
The Therapist that worked with my dad were Awesome Laura,Amy,Althea Kodos to you ladies, three of the nurses stood out Yavette, Ashlee, Latrice ? On spelling You ladies are TOP NOTCH when it comes to nursing . The Administration took care of my families concerns Greg, Doug, Merrileesa? Spelling & Jill, Thank you for all the help you provided with issues that were quickly defused and handled professionally. Renee Smith student in training provided Excellent care as well as a few others who's names I can't remember. Being medically retired from working in Rehabilitation, I know how patient care should be given, and with today's shortage of nurses and CNA's it's hard to supply the training needed to help those that tend to patient care Properly, I didn't mind showing how to transfer, or how to scoot my father up in bed,nor show how to empty his colostomy bag, because the next time they have to do those task, they will know how to do it safely. Lutheran Rehabilitation other then a few kinks that need to be worked out, YOU GET 4 from each of Freddie Gray's Girls. Sincerely Natasha Gray-Johnson
The staff is really slow. When you have to wait up to 30 minutes for them to answer you call button. Then when they do answer it, if they have to get your nurse to help you you are going to have to wait for another 30 minutes. It's rediculos!!
That was the cleanest and most pleasant hospital I’ve ever seen. All the nurses, techs, therapists, and cleaning staff I dealt with were professional and very nice. They all worked together to make sure you were treated great. They even did things that wasn’t their job. Nobody complained about anything or anyone. Not that I want to be in a Rehab hospital, but if I have to be, I would choose that one any day. I wanted to go home, but I actually am bummed that I won’t see the staff I interacted with anymore. Sincerely, Donna Berning
