The guy taking payments asked me if I wanted a few months of extra car washes for an extra $5. It ended up being a monthly subscription that I had to cancel online. Car wash was ok, but didn't get the back of the car. Best part about the place is being able to use the vacuum for as long as you need to get the sand out of your car. I'd probably go someplace else after being signed up for a monthly subscription. Funny thing is I heard the guy say to the manager "here is another" after he charged me.
They have no active customer service phone number and so you have to do everything through email or online. The last time I came through the car wash there was some straps in the back of my truck and no one flagged them as a problem, but they stopped the car wash midway to remove the straps and scratch the side of my car with the metal clips on the straps. Basically, it’s a bunch of Carlos people that don’t care about your car and you have no way to cancel unless you go through their website which I find annoying No one is there to dry your car afterwards so you will leave with water spots and a pretty wet car
Too expensive for mediocre cleaning. At check-in they put on a hard sell to sign up for monthly charge which is not cheap. I declined and asked for standard wash which was supposed to be $15 not cheap. After wash I checked my receipt and I was charged extra for wax which I did not want or need. When I complained, they said $25 is minimum charge. The quick run through their machines was ok, but many areas needed more cleaning. No one dried off the car or cleaned windows, rear view mirrors, trunk or other areas..You are left with a dripping auto, partially clean, and you have to vacuum yourself. I felt ripped off.
My car hadn’t had a wash in awhile so I did the car wash and after my car looked shiny and really clean also I got my car vacuumed inside and now the inside looks really good also. The staff were very friendly and a worker named Colt Pennybaccker was very helpful in picking out which package I should do and helped make the experience better.Services: Vacuuming
First time with new pricing and vacuum yourself. Think similar price to washes that do interior and have people dry exterior. Can get a ride through for a few dollars when you gas up at local gas station. But boy did we beach goers love the power of the self use vacuums as they really got the sand compared to our shop vac. Haven't decided which way to go next time.
I was fortunate to get in on a special deal they were having , it’s the unlimited membership but they were offering it for 19.99/mo so I’ve been coming here for a few yrs and my car is always sparking I stop few times a wk. shout out to Jason for giving me this card! We paid $25.00 for an exterior car wash, which is very pricey. THIS WAS THE WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! This photo was taken right after the car wash; we stopped at the CVS just up the road. Weather was sunny, no rain, no wet streets. Look at the photo, the back of the car is FILTHY. The back of the car was literally untouched. I wanted to turn around and go back and complain, but my husband said live and learn. We'll NEVER go here again. Total waste of money!

I came into to inquire about cancelling a membership I had accidentally purchased and Madison T. was absolutely amazing. She assessed my issue, reassured me that she could help, and solved my problem within 5 minutes at the most. She was very approachable, determined and efficient. Her customer service was top tier and she’s a real asset to the business. I would definitely recommend this location, it’s just not a place I go very often. Thanks again Madison and Mr Wash Carwash!
You can't beat 25$ per month for unlimited washes and unlimited vacuum time. They often run deals too like only 5$ for the month, or a month free with the purchase of a month.
