Reichert Bus Service

I just wanted to report that my experience calling their office was completely different from some of the ratings I read here! The woman I spoke with was as kind as could be and more helpful than she had to be!!! Furthermore, the driver of my son’s bus was absolutely wonderful and friendly and made my son’s first long bus trip so much more painless than we ever imagined! THANK YOU!!!

We had a very positive experience with Reichert! We reached out to them very last minute ~1.5 weeks before our wedding for guest transportation between our hotel and wedding venue and they were excellent to work with. They were very accommodating despite our short timeline and had exactly what we needed available. Our guests mentioned that the bus driver was also a really fun time. Most importantly, they got our guests there and back safely. Definitely recommend for any group transportation needs.

My son was assaulted and choked by a kid in four grades higher than him. And this school bus service refuses to do anything about it and continues to allow the bully on the bus

Drivers drive right past your house when you're waiting for your child. No one in office answers the phone. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Seems they are great with private parties but don't care about child safety!

Dreadful customer service. Company really gives the impression they dont care for children. They lack understanding of a child's behavior and how to correct it. Rather than working with the parents they dismiss the parents and discipline the child. This is what you get living in a small town, you have limited providers that offer the same services so a company with no real competitors can get away with being disrepectful, rude, and not have to worry about losing customers. The supervisor literally told me "If you're going to keep arguing with me I'll turn his one day suspension into 3 days"

AT LEAST 2-3 times a month the bus isn't running routes. This is extremely inconvenient as my child rides the bus for a reason, and due to work I'm not always available to drop her off or pick her up. I don't know if it's a problem with her bus or if the driver is unreliable, but this bus service needs to figure it out.

After a whole year of delays for our wedding along with mandates that limited transportation services, it was a massive relief for my fiancé and I when we received word that Reichert Bus was open and able to provide a shuttle for our rescheduled wedding, even with the short notice of the Monday before the event. But Colleen and the rest of the staff at Reichert Bus went above and beyond to deliver in every possible way, and George our driver was absolutely wonderful! He was so warm and fun with all of our guests, and he even went so far as to wear a tie that matched our colors! Everything came together in a way that was beyond our hopes and dreams, and Reichart Bus, Colleen, and George were very much a major part of that. We couldn't be happier with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Best place to get work done. I highly recommend them. Honest and fair

At best is frankly incompetent, drivers are clueless, customer service is spotty at best, and drivers are very rude.
