Not only do they provide top furniture, they also continue to care for you. I recently went to ask for help with a couch I had purchased 11 years ago. Their records and suggested solutions were perfect.
Popped in this morning for recliners. Andrea was absolutely wonderful! She helped us pick out a set of recliners that were amazing. The showroom floor was beautiful and the customer service was fantastic. I never thought to go into Reid's believing it was too expensive but it's not and the quality of the products are much better than what you would find anywhere else in Roanoke. You will not be disappointed with the selection. I also enjoyed meeting their wonderful pup Lucy, she was adorable. I look forward to shopping there in the future.
Absolutely hands down the best customer service! Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit and see what they have to offer. It only costs a little bit more to have the best. No pressboard in this place.

A must visit if you are looking for furniture with a bit more quality. Family owned and extremely helpful. My wife wanted to purchase a book that wasn't for sale. It was being used for prop purposes only. The owner gave her the book. Finally, a business that treats their clients like I treat mine. They're getting more rare all the time. Thank you Reid's.
