This is easily accessible through the Regional Rail system. It's a stone throw distance from the train stop. The building is easily recognizable and the receptionist Nancy is the Best that ever Did-It. This company has grown at a very rapid pace, and the building w/ all its departments reflect that. If you are looking for a chance at employment, give Reimbursement Technologies Inc. a try; you could be a great fit!
My experience is the same as the other posters here. Service at the emergency room happened early February 2017. All other bills paid and settled timely except this one. They send all of your information to a call center in India. They send you a letter mine came in April telling you to get more money for them from your insurance company. The call center in India answers the phone with a different company name then what's on the letter. They did transfer me to Reimbursement Technologies in PA, but they don't even know the name of the company in India. They say "they are an affiliate" and then she hung up on me. I contacted the hospital as well as my insurance broker. This feels like such a scam! And remember this call center in India has ALL of your information. This company is SHADY ....BEWARE
I specifically told their alleged doctor, "If you're not in my plan, leave and find a doctor who is" The response I received...he giggled. It's my understanding that this company belongs to no insurance networks. The reason why is so they can bill out for more money. It's beyond me why the insurance companies all this. And, next time I get a call from India, I will hang up and block the call. I am also not sending this company a copy of my EOB. Do they not understand HIPPA laws.
Stuck dealing with RTI? Read on. As they describe themselves, they are the recognized leader for treating patients of emergency physicians... like animals. Worst customer service disrespect ever in my life. If you are reading this, you have probably stumbled upon it for the same reason I did. You received an incorrect/inaccurate bill from an emergency physician who has outsourced his/her services to this miserable outfit. You will be scolded, sworn at, threatened with debt collection to pay or else. This happened with every customer service rep that I spoke with 3 in total and probably happened to you. Word of advice--don't bother dealing/responding to RTI. They treat you like animals because they are animals themselves. Don't debase yourself to their level. Do what I did. Find the director of the hospital or preferably the ER at the hospital you were treated at do not give up in finding the right person--it took me days of forwarding along various gate-keepers to find the right person who could help me, and calmly describe what kind of an outfit Dr. so-and-so is employing and tell them to read the reviews online. Odds are they'll understand and over time, we will drive this scoundrel business into the ground. My end of story: I got a complete refund and so did my insurance company. Good luck to everyone!
Prior to me receiving my emergency room bill from either the hospital and the emergency care associates of Indiana for physician care - I received a very strong letter from your company informing me to ask my "insurance company to reprocess the claim at a higher insurance allowable amount ". I am fact called my insurance company and they stated that they processed it properly and to call reimbursement technologies and ask them to file an appeal or ask for a negotiation for a larger amount . When I called your company to inform them of this- I was yelled at and intimidated by your employee to pay the ENTIRE remaining balance of my bill after my insurance company paid their portion- and with the EOP stating my portion of the bill was a much lesser amount. The Indian man would not stop yelling at me even when I had asked him to stop. Further I informed him that I would pay the bill once I received my bill and the EOB informing me of my responsibility of payment. He demanded the entire remaining balance of the bill after insurance payment -for me to pay in full. never in my 30 years of being a registered nurse handling bills both personally and for others have I ever experienced this. I am very concerned that this could be a fictitious company or at minimum a very unprofessional abusive organization . I would not recommend for any organization to use reimbursement technologies Inc. for their patient account billing services.
I was on the phone with Janet trying to verify where and how to make a payment for 14 minutes. Part of the reason was I had to have her repeat herself several times because she spoke very broken English. I asked who to make the check payable to and she put me on hold for several minutes to ask her supervisor. She still didn't have the information when she got back with me and then transferred me. I finally spoke with Cameron, who spoke very plain English and he answered my question right away. Very poor customer service on Janet's part
How does a legitimate company not have the ability to show a phone number when they call? 000000000 Is highly suspicious. How do you earn customer trust when you look like a scam? ALso, when I try to go to their website the site will not load. Fishy AS F***!!!
What an incredible group of incompetent criminals. They do not write account numbers, dates etc on their invoices and then they want you to give DOB and SS to some voice in India. My Cigna rep said they deal with crap from this group all day long. Sorry

A place to get your feet wet if you going into medical billing. But the management need some training in the TI department don't know how to treat people and the turnout rate is horrible fast as people come fast as they quit.
