I received dental treatment from Reimels, Miller, Paterra Family and Cosmetic Dentistry on March 4, 2023. After my service I was told I didn't owe anything at the front desk. I have had the same insurance for over a year, and this was my third time visiting this facility. I never received any type of notification that I owed a bill until August 18, 2023 when I got a 90-day past due bill in the mail. When I called to the office on August 21, 2023, the lady was very rude and kept telling me it was 90-days past due because I neglected to update my address with them. I just find that to be very stupid and ignorant. My treatment was in March; I didn't move until June 29th. If I didn't have an idea that I owed anything, why would my priority be to update my address with them for a bill I didn't know I was going to receive...? I was very calm when I called. I wasn't complaining; I just wanted answers. The lady continued to raise her voice and talk over me then she hung up after telling me to just call the number on the statement. The dentist and dental assistants have always been nice, but after this experience, I would not go back and wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely amazing staff all around. Great vibes and no judgments. They are happy to help and explain every step of the process. Hands down the best dentist I ever been too.
We were in town visiting family and my mom was in need of a dentist for a tooth emergency. The dental office was the nicest I've been to, very up to date. They handled her with great care. Everything was wonderful and painless from the front desk with Blanca to the dental assistant Amanda! Big shout out to doctor Katrina Ashlin! She is amazing, honest, and super sweet we will definitely be coming back here when in town and will be recommending this dental office to our family that lives in town.
This dentist office is great. Beautiful, private building set back in a wooded area. The lobby feels like a spa with a water feature and rich wood/stonework. The waiting area also has built-in tablet computers and coloring books for the kids. The process to become a new patient was easy and was facilitated by their easy-to-use customer web portal. They provided a written estimate for my first cleaning and x-rays before I even saw the dentist. They were true to their word and on schedule. The hygienist and dentist were both excellent and very gentle. Highly recommend!
From the time you walk in, the front staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I have very sensitive teeth and Dr. Paterra is very accommodating in making sure I am at ease. He and his assistant Ileana are a great team! They both are very communicative, professional and friendly and caring. I must give a shout out to Christina for my dental cleanings. She is also very aware of my sensitivity and makes every effort to assure I am comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend and am very pleased with dental care received over the years.
This dental practice is special. If you want top-quality work alongside an exceptional customer experience, ask for Dr. Miller and his teammates, Cameron and Autumn. They're the best in the business.
Best dentist office I've been to in a while, not to shed bad light on any other dentist practices. But from other experiences I've had it's given me bad anxiety about going to the dentist that I did not get my teeth professionally cleaned for 5 years. My mom recommended this dentist office to me and I trust and respect her recommendations. I'm glad I gave it a chance! I had a cavity I needed to get filled and the process was very fast and relatively painless. I felt my team listened to my needs and they were very attentive. My bite is normal and it doesn't even feel like I had a cavity filled. Thank you all for taking great care of me.
I wasnt sure I would be able to make my 6 month checkup and cleaning, because of an unexpected appointment that popped up. I told them the time I needed to be done in order to make it. Of course it was time for a new scan of my teeth, but she was confident it wouldn't take long. They all back up thier words and amazed me they actually did get me in and out in the time needed, without giving up quality! I know things happen in which would be out of their control, but they were focused on keeping on task and doing what needed to be done and keep me happy. Thanks!
based off first visit - I am genuinely impressed! I hate HATE X-rays but the tech helping me out was STELLAR. I felt comfortable and welcome the whole time, and I really felt the staff valued my presence. The dental hygienist, Terra, was super helpful and made sure I was comfy the whole time. Overall, the exam went super well! The dentist, Dr. Meredith I believe, is super knowledgeable and sweet. Upon first impression, I feel super cared for and that’s really all you can ask for with a dentist. I also felt they were honest with me about expectations regarding my dental health. I can’t wait to go back for my next cleaning! :D
Nikki is excellent. I have followed her to your practice from my previous practice. She has been my hygienist for over 10 years. That speaks for itself
