Tracey Arnone is passionate about horses and in providing the best in customer service to her customers. After a polo accident forced her to close her successful tack shop, Tally Ho in Essex in 2003, she rehabbed and went on to manage another shop for 9 years. The time was right to re-open her new tack shop "REINS" when her old retail space became available. Full circle? Yes, indeed!
