I worked with Andy through multiple orders and he is amazing. He is patient and kind and non-judgmental with people who do not know as much as him in the space read: me. He helped me work out some issues and measurements and was very supportive along the way. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Andy!
I agree, this stuff is on the higher end, but they have a lot of stuff that the other stores don’t have!! Most things they can get you pretty quick. We have the red mail box, several lights, and some towels. Also, don’t park and leave the lot. There are signs everywhere saying not to leave the lot.
Awful experience!! Was in the store for at least 15-20 minutes shopping and none of the the staff acknowledged my partner or I. It seemed like they went out of there way to avoid me. Will never go back or recommend to anyone!
I shop here quite often and love every item I have purchased thus far. Everyone I have worked with has been open and honest about their opinion on how an item would tie into the look I'm trying to achieve or just general product knowledge. Super helpful throughout the entire shopping experience, even at the very end when they helped walk items out to my car. The few times they didn't have an immediate answer to my questions around an item, they were straight forward about not knowing but actively went to find answers. I've also been referred to other places nearby when they didn't have something I was looking for because they simply didn't carry it or because I didn't love their versions. Not sure how others can blame the store for parking violations. The store does not manage the parking lot, there are signs posted all around the parking lot and security guards that will try to warn you that if you walk OFF the premises then you will be towed.
Terrible experience. Ordered lighting which had no indication when purchasing where they ended up only shipping 1/2 at a time and one piece 1.5 months after the other. Order from elsewhere if you want a timely order or have timelines you need to meet based on shipping info provided.
Customer service is terrible. Bought a table from here, and it was ready for shipping a month ago. Every time I called to inquire where the table was, customer service told me that the table is in the warehouse, and delivery people should reach out to me in 24-48 hours. This happened 3 times in the past 3 weeks, and of course there has been no communication from the warehouse. Finally when we called last week, they then tell me that actually delivery is scheduled for next Tuesday even though they had NOT called me to inform if this time is good for me. Nevertheless, I was happy that I was finally getting the table delivered. But fast forward to today when they said my table was scheduled for delivery - no table arrived. So we called them and customer service checks into this: customer service agent is really confused over the phone because they definitely do not see any delivery scheduled for today!! Now guys, I understand it is COVID, I understand that there are shipping delays, BUT WHY ARE YOU LYING TO ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN? I would literally be fine if you told me a month ago that you would not ship for 2 more months. That would be FINE, because I could make plans accordingly. But instead, you guys LIED over and over again that I would get a call in 24 hours, and even LIED about a fake shipment date. I dont usually write reviews like this, but I am furious with what is happening here. Also I will delete this review if someone from MANAGEMENT - not customer service, calls me personally. Let’s get this issue fixed, but PLEASE stop lying to me.
Beautiful products, very disappointing customer service. We drove into the store location in Chicago to return pulls and knobs that we had purchased online, and to potentially do additional shopping in store. Even though those same knobs and pulls were in the store, we were unable to return an online purchase in person. Very frustrating policy- at this price point, I would expect better, and will not be shopping here again if this is the level of care/concern put into customer service.
Went in just on a whim last week and people were super friendly and helpful. I rent and don't live in the area so not really looking to buy much of what they sell but people seemed pretty knowledgeable and eager to educate, someone named Madeline helped me who was pretty perky. Told me a bit about the store and walked me around a bit. Lots of beautiful things in the store and definitely worth checking out, especially if you own your own place.
Really disappointed! I specifically drove into the city from Long Grove to see the lighting etc. in person. The store is neat and orderly but the 4 employees could care less that you are there! I was in here on a Wednesday at 4:15- store was empty! Not one sales person came out from the register area to ask me if I needed help or had questions. Clearly customer service not a priority. D- grade and zero recommendations from me.
Beautiful items to be found in here. They are pricey but some items well worth it. My only beef is I was never greeted Never Really asked for help and I was one of 3 people in the store. I felt like there noses were turned up to me. They lost a sale as I would have bought a rug but was turned off by lack of customer service
