Reklaw was founded on Jan. 1, 2015 by Duane P. Walker. Mr. Walker is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga. with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, he has over 20 years experience as a State Banking Regulator employed by the New York State Department of Financial Services.
