Doug took his time to explain to us the huge benefits of the chair, he then made us experience the chair, it was an amazing experience, I could literally feel the difference almost instantly It was truly a five star experience and Doug was awesome
The staff was very attentive and informative about the chairs and how each one would fit a given body type and help with different sorts of discomfort. The chairs were comfortable and, despite the store having a fairly small footprint, they had a wide selection from several different brands. Well worth the two hour drive to check them out.
Purchased a zero gravity chair at RTB and it is beyond beautiful and has helped so much with back pain I was experiencing prior to having it. I am a therapist and sit most of the day for work and this was definitely worth the investment! Jah was so helpful and transparent when it came to choosing a chair that was right for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable as well. I received the chair by the expected date and the delivery was seamless. Thank you Relax the Back for making my perfect chair dreams come true!
Went in for a quick glance at the products, Jesse was great did not rush me and spent time answering all my questions, explaining the product and evaluating my needs. Jesse did what many sales associates fail to do - listen. Great experience
This massage chair has been life changing for me. I havent slept though out the night in over 18 months. I finally had 2 goodnights of sleep. Definitely worth every penny spent. I also got the spot massage perfect for my bf. So he can enjoy it too. Ive had back and shoulder surgery.
I bought The X-Chair from Doug. I tried almost all the chairs in the store and through all of this Doug showed an enormous amount of patience with me and all of my questions. He sure knows his stuff! They didn’t have one little accessory and Doug offered to personally deliver it to me - almost an hour away! So if you want someone who is super knowledgeable and who has a lot patience, Doug is your man!
Relax the back in general was a great experience. Doug, was very knowledgeable and took care of all of our needs. He also gave us some tips on our sleeping habits, medical issues. If you have back issues, and are looking for some help, this is the place!
I have been shopping in this store for over 20 years. The products are all top quality and the store stands behind them after the sale. Also, the people working there and the owner, Doug, are great. Go there firsts for lounge chairs, desk chairs and mattresses. You won’t regret it.
Doug was very nice, informative and knowledgeable of all the chairs and of spinal health . I’m exited to start building my new office chair. Even if you are not buying anything I highly recommend stopping in and trying the massage chairs just for fun.
