It felt like a collaborative experience finding the perfect new setting for my engagement ring and it came out better than I envisioned! I’m very appreciative of their help and expertise.
Elizabeth was my person! As someone who knew nothing about engagement rings when this process started, she was great at helping me figure out the steps to buying the perfect custom ring. Best part was it was exactly what I wanted, completely customized, and it didn’t break my wallet! 10/10 would recommend using Reliable Gold!!! Ask for Elizabeth when you come in!
I live in Naples, FL and found a ring online that I wanted to have made. I worked with Jennifer for a number of months as I continued to tweak things and through it all, she was amazingly patient, kind and helpful. So much so that I would order from them again. AND, the ring turned out exactly as I'd hoped!

I stopped in Reliable Gold to look at diamond pendants for an anniversary gift from my husband. Within seconds, the lovely staff made me feel welcome and showed me several options, all while listening to my preferences. They not one pressured me to buy anything and they were even nice enough to let me bring my toddler daughters inside and treat them to a candy cane while waiting. They also offered to clean my wedding ring while I was browsing. Thank you for such a great experience and the beautiful necklaces. I will be back and so will my family and friends after I relay the positive buying experience I had.
