I stored my belongings with Silverdale Reliable Storage for 6 months. I loved being able to use the app to access the facility and could give temporary access to others via the app remotely. The customer service was outstanding as well! The price was lower than the other storage places I checked out. I highly recommend them!

I have had nothing but positive things to say about the facility and the staff. They have worked with me and helped me through a tough time. I have rented from the facility before and I keep going back when I need storage. I'm very happy with the facility and staff.

Called to make arrangements for storage of my entire home worth of items. They had one large unit left on the end that was large truck accessible and perfect for my needs. They said they would send over the contract and the unit would be "held" for up to a week. They called back to say their computer was down but they didn't forget about me. Called this morning only to find out that they sold the unit. Not sure how given the computer was down, but the service was completely unacceptable.
I really liked the woman who helped me. I think her name is Sandy. She was gracious and patient. She took the time to show me all the available units that fit my specific needs. The buildings are clean & dry. Very secure with cameras inside and out.
From another "not admitting how long I've had my storage unit" person.... I've been with these guys a L.O.N.G. time - never had a bit of trouble - always prompt, courteous and friendly. Unit is clean, always well maintained. BTw - never been overcharged, and costs have gone up a teeny bit every year, but it costs money to run a business, just like it costs money to rent a storage unit. I like that they send me the bill via email, and my receipt via email - less paper to mess with. :

I like the sense of peace I have knowing all the security measures they've taken to protect my things...security cameras, onsite management, locks that aren't easily broken, and barbed wire fencing. I also like that it's a clean facility - I feel like dirty storage sites would be an invitation for trouble.
