Thank you for taking the time to find out more about RELIANCE HEALTH & HOMECARE. Our staff has been serving this community for over a decade. Since 1998 our health care programs have grown to become a “Total Care” source to include home care, long term care, and home hospice care.
Our Goal is simple, to deliver exemplary and compassionate care to the total person encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. We strive to provide our clients with the kind of service and care we would want for ourselves. and our own family members. We staff our facilities and our home care services with the most experienced and compassionate staff available so that we may recognize and respond to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patients and families we serve.
To better serve our clients, RELIANCE HEALTH & HOMECARE utilizes a team of caregivers comprised of Doctors, Certified Nursing Assistants, Social Workers, Chaplains, Hospice Volunteers, and other behind the scene staff whose job functions are essential to needs of those we serve.
