It waa my first time going here. I was impressed at how quickly the check in process was since I was able to book an appointment online. When I checked in, in less than 10mns I got called in. The male Medical Assistant was very nice and attentive. The male doctor was also very attentive. I would recommend.
I sought this urgent care a few days ago because I had food poisoning that had lasted several days. First of all I waited about two hours for a room. Once in the room, another hour and a half to be attended by him. Hint to the staff, the walls are the thin and I heard several conversations between staff and clients. Upon being seeing by the doctor I felt completely rushed. In all honesty he saw me for less than 3 minutes and throughout that he talked so fast! There was no rapport built, I just felt like I was a burden to his time. When he was done listing prescriptions for me he left. He did not provide me any directions as to wait or leave the room. Therefore, I asked a nurse about what I had to do. There needs to be another doctor to assist. This main doctor speeds through everyone; I think because he has limited time. I understand maybe my issue wasn’t the most serious and there’s a lot of folks but that shouldn’t sacrifice my quality of care. Unfortunately I couldn’t get an appointment with my PCP in time, and despite it taking more than an hour to see him, I always feel respected and cared for.
I needed a letter to be able to fly to Hawaii after being exposed to covid19. You can still come out positive for 3 months but after 14 days you're okay as long as you're no longer infectious and sympton free. Hawaii has an exemption for covid recovery individuals, but just needed letter. I didn't have insurance so finding someone to see you for this became a challenge. I called them and after several questions they said it was okay to come in. Making appointment was super easy. Everyone was super friendly and very understanding and helpful especially the girls at the front desk whom are very professional and didn't make me feel like an outcast after having covid. They smiled and were very cautious but caring. The wait was less than 30 minutes. Good service.
I went today and it shows closed.
Staff was friendly however that does not make up for the horrible wait times. It honestly seems like they only have 1 doctor on duty to check on like 10 people.
Just dont like that I had to wait outside in the sun for my test. It was fast because i had an appointment and i was the only one there for testing. When you book online and complete the paperwork it shows you your place in line.
went there because my 2 yr old had a fever. I was in & out in less than an hour. the nurses & pa were both friendly. Everything looked nice & clean . Would recommend if your looking for a clean , friendly urgent care.
I understand that if you come to an urgent care, you’re gonna have to wait. I understand that healthcare facilities are swamped right now trying to follow COVID precautions and trying to take care of overflow from emergency rooms. I get it. But 4 HOURS going into my 5th hour of waiting to get an X-ray and diagnosis is a little much if you ask me. I’m not one to leave reviews, but honestly, save your time and energy and go elsewhere for care.
Making an appointment was easy, fast and friendly personnel. Test was done quickly. Staff is fluent in both English and Spanish. They accepted my Kaiser insurance.
One star only because I have to. But there definitely needs to be better communication with the staff. My mom went in for a head injury she got from falling. When arriving they took her information and asked why she was there. After waiting for 3 hours to be seen the nurse took her vitals and took her into the room. Came back and said she didn’t know why they didn’t tell me in the front but they didn’t treat head injuries there that she needed to go the hospital ASAP. They waited 3 hours to tell us that! Prior to leaving I asked if I can have an ice pack because my mom had a huge ball from her head all the way to her forehead, and apparently they were out of ice packs. What kind of urgent care is this?
