Remagine is a unique rag-house that was founded in September of 2015. It came from the minds of two companies who wanted to collaborate on something bigger and better for the world. As a new company, we strive to make changes for the new generation by creating more job opportunities and assisting third-world countries with the distribution of clothing and materials.
Our staff here at Remagine takes pride in taking the time, day by day, to separate and categorize our pieces in the process of several stages. Our premium items are distributed wholesale and purchased by vendors to help their businesses thrive, while items we receive that we feel are not suitable for our clients are recycled for other materials, which can be purchased as well. We want our clients to have a good experience and relationship with us at Remagine, therefore, we take extra steps to ensure that everything is quality material and separated accordingly. Our main goal is to provide good conditioned garments to small businesses and third world countries that need cheap, but quality clothing.
Each year, the American people dispose of nearly 13.1 million tons of textiles. This is not only a waste of materials, but it is also harmful to our environment. The production of textiles is the fifth largest contributor to the CO2 emissions in our atmosphere and also requires tons upon tons of water. Through our company, we are truly making an effort and setting an example to help save our planet and the people who live on it.
Our belief is that forgotten possessions can be reused, recycled, recreated and re-imagined. It is a standard that we are not only trying to set for ourselves, but for others as well. We want to think on a larger scale of endless possibilities to find treasures in unwanted things and give them a second chance, while, simultaneously contributing to the help of our environment.
