Great place for all your cowboy/cowgirl needs. I'm from NY and this was a sight to see. It's definitely in the right area. Everyone was great. Loved the boots!

WOW. My wife and I visited when they first opened in the morning and received good service, the young lady that helped us was very informative, but we were just looking. We came back the following Friday, they were VERY busy, but at some point every worker there waited on us. They were knowledgeable, helpful, polite, patient, I could go on! I believe Susan is the owner and she ended up having to order 2 boots for us, very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back to Remington's for my boots, hats and such.

I went into the Brooksville location this afternoon to purchase a pair of work boots. I wanted a pair of Justin lace ups. I didn’t see my size. A young lady that was standing behind the counter when I walked in came down the aisle I was on and didn’t say a word to me so I had to ask her if they might have my size somewhere else. She said probably not. I then asked her if they could order them and she said maybe. I also asked her if they carried a different brand in that style and she once again said maybe but would have to ask someone else. She walked up to the front counter and started talking to a couple. She finally came back and walked right past me and never said a word. Came back a second time and once again, never said a word. I know my measly couple hundred dollars doesn’t matter to you but I’m sure I will find some other business that will take care of me and take my money. I work in customer service and I can assure you that if I treated my customers the way I was treated today I wouldn’t have a job. I will never step foot in your business again nor will I ever recommend you to anyone else.

Absolutely love this place. From the moment we walked up the associates were awesome. They were all so friendly, social and helpful. You do not find places these days with such an awesome group of great staff. The inventory was awesome too. So much stuff to choose from....I wanted everything!! Purses, boots, cowboy hats, leather jackets/vest, jewerly, tumblers, hey dudes, jeans, western shirt, tshirts, baseball hats and much more. Something for entire family men, women and little ones too! Can't wait to go back. Have told all my friends about this hidden Gem If you have a chance to go...DO IT ...you will not be disappointed

Great place! they have everything you could think of in western wear and more! Going to be a regular stop on my visits. And the ladies, they were very helpful

I love this store.The staff is great, they took their time to help my grandson & I find just the right boots, jeans, hat, & accessories for him. It was a wonderful experience and we had a lot of fun shopping here. The selection of merchandise is excellent & top quality. They are terrific! : A+, A+, My little Cowboy deserves the best!

Great place, very friendly helpful staff. Love my boots, they even stretched them to make them fit more comfortable before I even left the store.

I love this store and it is always a pleasant experience when we visit. The staff is very helpful and Susan is a really nice, and down to earth. Susan and a young gentlemen went out of their way to assist us with our needs and much more. I recommend visiting here, they have a great selection and great quality stuff reasonably priced for every event or just casual wear.

Have been there for grandson to pick out birthday cowboy hat. He had a hard time choosing but, found the 1 he wanted and they steamed it to his personal shape, Dallas hats, Ft Worth Black. I personally took my 15 year old Black Felt Stetson John B Stetson Company 4X Beaver size 6 & 7/8. They did an excellent job

Amazing customer service! Great western shop! Even had large size shoes and boots in size 14 and 15!
