When a guest exits the building they can not return. One entrance and one exit, the fire exits are on alarm.
Parents can drop their children off and feel comfortable that they are in good hands. Uniformed Deputy Sheriff at the facility, and a plain clothed officer inside at all times.
We welcome parents to come and check us out for themselves. Anytime before 8:00 pm, you're allowed to come in and see what we look like, how we're set up, meet the manager, spy on your kids...whatever! After 8:00pm we ask that parents vacate the building for two reasons.
1) If we let one parent stay we have to let them all stay, then we have to start babysitting parents. How do we know "Mr Smith" is really someone's dad and not just some creepy old man with a video phone?
2) Kids that see their moms and dads hanging out where they're hanging out will not be happy campers. Word spreads fast in school, and if they talked about that the next day we'd be empty very soon!
If you really feel the need to come in and see what's going on, ask for an escorted "tour."

Our intention is for the teens to have a great time. We will not be as strict as Grandma, but we WILL make sure they stay within the guidelines and are safe while on the premises.
