This was the first Ren's Pets I'd ever been to. After moving out of the area, this was the first time in many years that I had the opportunity to return to thr original Ren's Pets in Oakville. It was just as I remembered it, and what made me a loyal customer to their other stores. A great selection of dog food, treats, toys and accessories.

Overall positive experience!  I know, I know, that doesn't really say much, but if you need any sort of supply or item for your animal of choice, Ren's has it!  I was shopping for bird seed, and Ren's price was better than anywhere else.  Lots of parking, close to the highway, and easy to get too.  Combined with an almost too large selection of foods, toys and other pet stuff, Ren's offers a one-stop destination.  Curb-side pick-up, and delivery are options too if required.  The staff was super helpful and friendly which will have me coming back for more in-store shopping experiences.

I was at an event Eid Prayers across the road and could not find parking there, so I pulled into Ren's Pets parking.  I understand that parking is only for customers, but appreciate that the kind staff let me and others park there.  I just wanted to come back here and acknowledge that.  A huge kudos to the staff and owners of Ren's Pet depot, for their kindness and community oriented attitude.  Wish you a ton of success

Always great customer service here and the store is always clean and not too busy during the week which is perfect. Being able to bring your pet and shop is a great added bonus and the staff are helpful with recommendations on all sorts of products that are best suited for your pet. Been going here for years and will continue too! No one loves pets like Ren’s loves pets.

My first time visiting Ren's with my fur baby Picchu. Very well organized store, clean and easy to find what you need, a wide selection of everything for your pet. Lots of parking and the store is huge. Staff were all accommodating, friendly and super helpful, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Best Pet Store I've been to. Amazing selection of everything. They had a lot of good sales and their sales tables had some great items for great prices. I will be going there from now on, even if it's a 25 minute drive from my house, it's well worth it.

One of the first things we noticed when the new owners took over a while back is that the prices sharply increased and inventory declined. We'd been buying our dog food and other things there for many years, but with the unjustified jump in prices and less choice, it made more sense to go elsewhere. Can't blame Covid either, as Ren's prices went considerably higher than others did product for product. Note: When I put up a similar comment on their Facebook page, they deleted it. This is who you're dealing with. Look around.

I shop here often. They have a great selection of gear, toys and raw food. I usually shop here for frozen bones for my dog and leave with a few extra items. The staff is always very helpful and they have a rewards program.

Kind of limited selection for cat toys and trees, surprising for the size of the store, workers were very helpful and nice tho

This place has everything you can imagine for your pet!!  What makes this place special to be best honest is the kind helpful staff they have! They’re incredibly nice, which I really appreciate and I think it’s very important.  Parking/ washrooms are available
