Most people know that therapeutic massage can relax tight muscles and help relieve stress, but it is also beneficial to many other ailments! These include (but are not limited to) chronic pain, migraines/headaches, sports or soft tissue injuries, muscle atrophy, and fibromyalgia.
Receiving regular massage can also increase your flexibility, improve circulation and raise your energy levels!
I use a combination of various techniques based off each individuals needs & goals. I have been formally trained in deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point therapy, sports, circulatory, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage.
