We are full-time RVer's so it's always a toss of the dice when we have to put our pupper in a doggie hotel, but we rolled double sixes on this one!! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they love animals. The registration, check in and check out were easy peasy. My dog came home looking fabulous and smelling so fresh after his "spaw" day at the end of his stay. They even gave me a report card to tell me how he did while he was there. Just wonderful!
I am a new customer and I will never come back. I was looking for a groomer in the area as my previous one transferred to a different state. Found Renaissance in Yelp and seems okay. When I went there, everything was good and was informed that they have a new groomer that is very experienced. After a while, I went to pick up my dog and go straight home. While playing with my dog, I noticed then that there was a small cut on her tummy, sort of like a blade cut and there were razor burns near her private area that the skin was so raw and red. There was even a dried blood on it. This new experienced groomer seemed to groomed my dog so fast that she wasn't able to see the cut on my dog or she may have and brushed it off, thinking we wouldn't be able to see it. I'm so disappointed and not really happy with it. It looks to me like my dog wasn't given the care and time she deserves :
This is my new place ...i love it. The groomer took excellent care of my baby and was very professional.... also brought in another of my guys to have his black nails cut...i don't know how in the world she did it...black nails are hard!! Anyway, found my new groomers!!
My 1st time visiting!! I took Sophi in for her nails! You can walk right in, no appointment necessary! I waited 4 minutes for the gal to finish a furry customer, that was AWESOME!!! Service was top notch, Sophi was super comfortable and never made a peep!! If that isn't the BEST.. I was headed for a reveal for my son and daughter-in-law, they're having twins and I actually found in the children's section of this darling shop which is right where you can watch your doggy getting a perfect pedicure, a was able to darling stuffed animal that was perfect for a first gift for the babies. I WILL BE BACK!
So happy with both mine and my fur babies first time experience at the groomers! I was a little nervous just knowing my dog is scared of everything. Samantha B allowed me to stay in the room today while my dog was getting groomed. Sam was exceptional and my baby was just fine! We got a bandana once she was done. I highly recommend this place!
Staff is always super friendly and professional. Pricey for the nicer boarding options but I always know my pups are safe while I’m away. I definitely recommend for anyone needing their furbabies to be cared for.
Horrible service they canceled on me 3 xs with o repercussions I however have to pay 25 dollars for them not reminding me of my appointment also I had to take my dog to the vet after they butchered his eyes! Again 0 response they completely ignored it. Ide leave a picture of my dog but they don't allow it
This is by far the best pet boarding we’ve taken our dog to—and at such a reasonable price! You can tell the whole staff is so passionate about taking care of all the animals. They also posted pictures online daily of all the pets playing. The attention to detail was phenomenal and we’ll absolutely be back! Thank you for taking such great care of our dog.
The staff are so sweet and kind! They made Lacy and I feel comfortable. Reasonable prices, clean and spacious areas! Definitely the best place for dog daycare.
Best pet groomers in the area! They take care of our dogs like no others, friendly, likable and good with pets. Need I say more?
