I cannot day enough positive things about Renee Austin and Eliza. Not only did she help me find the absolute perfect dress, she made me feel incredibly comfortable. From Day 1 she listened to me so well, based on listening to my likes and dislikes she found my dress for me and I would’ve never found it myself!! Plus the store itself is adorable and all the staff and very very friendly! 100% recommend!
We had the best time here! Their selection of dresses was amazing, they were all so beautiful! I’d recommend Renee Austin Wedding to any bride! Paige was absolutely wonderful and helped me find the most beautiful dress! She was so fun and made the experience unforgettable!

Trying on dresses at Renee Austin was so fun and magical. Every dress they have is stunning! Their team was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I worked with Paige and went in thinking I wanted a certain style of dress and as I began to try things on, she was able to quickly assess the actual style I would be happy with, pull her own recommendations, and she was spot on–I ended up purchasing a dress she selected for me!
My MOH and I went to several dress shops to look for my wedding dress. Mia at Renee Austin sealed the deal for me. I was never the type of person to imagine my perfect wedding dress so I selected a bunch of different styles and Mia, my bridal consultant, pulled a couple. When I put on one of Mia’s picks, I knew it was the one instantly. Thanks again for making dress shopping so easy!
Renee Austin is the best bridal store in the West Michigan area! All the staff are wonderful and are excited to help you find your dream dress! They truly care about your experience and really make the process exciting! They offer all different styles and sizes, not to mention accessories and shoes to complete the outfit! The owner is also great with any questions or concerns! If you’re looking for a wedding dress, support a small business and check out Renee Austin, you will not be disappointed!
Words cannot express how amazing the process has been so far at Renee Austin. They made buying a dress seamless and made the whole thing about the bride. We got to celebrate, never pushed me to buy a dress, made me feel on top of the world, etc. I would especially like to give a shout out to Katrina. Having a great consultant can really make the whole process that much better. I didn't feel like she was looking for a commission check. I truly felt like she wanted me to buy the dress I loved and made the whole thing about feeling beautiful on my wedding day. She kept me within budget and really listened to what I have to say. Dress is ordered and could not be happier!
I didn’t think I could afford my dream dress, but I made an appointment to try it on anyways. It ended up fitting and there was a sample sale so I got it for in my budget. My stylist was the sweetest and never felt salesy!
I had an amazing experience here! It was fun, uplifting, peaceful AND successful! Paige was helping me out and never missed a beat. She was attentive, listened very well to my wants and wishes and brought me so many beautiful choices! I never felt rushed or worried when I was having indecisive moments, she always reassured me and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
Atmosphere was amazing, great selection of dresses, and super friendly and inviting staff. Eliza is a genius at her craft. She not only helped to make our bride’s day one to remember, but found the PERFECT dress and then made the PERFECT custom suggestion which absolutely sold it then and there. Would recommend her and Renee Austin to every bride
