Scammers! This lady and her company is under investigation with the IRS. They keep moving their locations and changing their name. They promise big refunds, and for a very few people they get them, but not through legal means. They will completely lie on your tax forms and get you in trouble with the IRS. All the reviews that mention “ghosting” are accurate. The minute you pay them, you will no longer hear from them. Avoid at all cost.

DO NOT do business here! Just like everyone, I came to this tax service in April to get my taxes done, and it's now been a frustrating 4 months with no progress. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from any business before. In these last 4 months, I have made countless attempts to contact them. I called them numerous times, left voicemails requesting a call back, emailed them through both their old and new email addresses, texted them, attempted to make an appointment, visited their office, and even tried reaching out via Instagram DM. Despite all these efforts, there has been no response, no updates, and no communication whatsoever. The owner, Renee Hill, recently posted a video claiming to be here to help and not here to steal client’s money. However, her actions speak louder than her words. She is so quick to charge $1,400, but fails to fulfill their service we paid for. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable. I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT do business with this tax service. Renee Hill and her team make the entire process an absolute nightmare, leaving you in the dark and utterly frustrated. They show complete disregard for their clients and their responsibilities.

I filed Feb 3, I have not received my return, it just now showed up on the where's my refund tool and is still being processed. I never received a phone call or explanation of why it is now just showed up on its.. This is June 14., I went to my portal and I have 3 different sets of refund papers, so I had to figure out which one was the one that is still being processed. If you don't see yours on the IRS website,check your portal to see if they had to change your refund amount or fix something because you may not be putting the right amount in. They will not call you. I am still not going to hold my breath on receiving my refund. I will take the appropriate action if I do not. I have been more than patient.

My husband and I did our taxes on 0226 was told it will be send to irs in 4weeks called and emailed numerous times no response went in the office in April was told their system was done. When our documents was send to the portal for Irs information was missing!! That was given to Renee tax. Called text and left a message. NO RESPONSE. When we get our return additional money was taken from Renee tax service$5000 when we paid$1200 in cash for our doing our taxes. My husband and I went in to the office to find out what happened. And we had requested a refunded. Renee was upset we did and had my husband and I put out of her office by her security guards!! She said we can do our taxes else where... So unprofessional after doing our taxes there for 5yrs..this company never have the same employee every year they change

If I COULD LEAVE ZERO S I WOULD!! THIS PLACE IS A HUGE SCAM.. As OTHERS HAVE MENTIONED THEY'RE QUICK TO CHARGE YOU $1,400 UP FRONT! THEN ON YOUR PAPER WORK YOUR CHARGED ANOTHER $5K+ WHICH STATES AUDIT FEES AMONGST OTHER RIDICULOUS FEES!! ONCE THEY GET YOUR $ THEY'RE DONE WITH YOU!!! Filed In March just to receive documentation from IRS to prove my identity!!! Provided what they needed in person just to be told it'll take 9 weeks to process or hear anything .. Even said that irs can make me refile again .. WOW JUST WOW!! HERE WE ARE ALMOST AUGUST AND WEBSITE STILL SAYS PROCESSING!!! Now to see it looks like they're on the run ‍ and got out the office!! LESSON learned for sure!!! SUCKS SO MANY OF US ALL GOT SCAMMED BY THESE SCUM BAG FRAUD PEOPLE!!! OH ANYONE ELSE FIND IT HILARIOUS HOW THEY'D MAKE YOU WEAR A MASK ONCE YOU WALKED IN,BUT NONE OF THEM WORE ONE !!!

First time and NEVER AGAIN! So disappointed in how everything turned out. Made my taxes in March 2023 and got rejected came back today august 1st. Got here @ 11:30am and remembered the first time in March took FOREVER so i decided to stay till they open. It is currently 3 pm and still nothing! Other than the lady got here @ 2:30 saying she “fell asleep” which i think is so unprofessional, she got here and talked about lashes with the other two ladies and went into a little room for i dont know what and for like good 40 mins like if we have all the time in the world. 11 people waiting me included in 4th place because they go by order of who got here first, still she hasn’t spoken to nobody and everyone is starting to get desperate.

The absolutely worst tax office ever!!! They are scam artist who charge you thousands of dollars after you pay nearly $1400 to prepare your documents. They don’t answer calls or emails. I’ve filed a fraud case against this office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING TAX RELATED

just a heads up to everyone, my brother did his taxes there with renee, and now we are hearing that she is being investigated by the feds for tax fraud. i dont know her, but my brother says he has not gotten his refund, and he filed in feb. stay away from her. for what i know, she has stolen clients money, and ran off. if you filed with her, you need to amend your return...

Very much disappointment. My husband and I filed with them since March 30’s and still our return has NOT been sent to the IRS. Apparently their system has been “down” since then and we’re already in May. Now we have to deal with the IRS for fines and penalties. Myrna C.
