Comprehensive General Dental Care
Dr. Trujillo grew up in Las Cruces. She offers more than 18 years’ experience in the dental field. After graduation from Mayfield High School, she attended UNM and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Dental Hygiene. In 1995 she returned to Las Cruces and worked as a hygienist full time until she decided to continue her education in Omaha, NE. She graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Trujillo returned again to Las Cruces to offer her services in Southern New Mexico. Dr Trujillo has had the opportunity to work in the public health sector as well as in private practice. She has had extensive training in many aspects of dental healthcare, and often attends continuing education courses to benefit her patients by learning about the most current information and innovative dental techniques in an ever-changing field. She enjoys learning about dentistry, dental health, and the impact dental problems can have on the entire body.
Dr. Trujillo is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New Mexico Dental Association, the Southwest District Dental Society, and the Seattle Study Club. She has been a student at the Pankey Institute, the Dawson Academy, and the Schuster Center for Professional Development. She has volunteered her dental services for ILAC ( the Institute for Latin American Concern), and is currently active in the New Mexico Mission of Mercy project, Children's Dental Health Month, and donated dental services.
