Patient beware!!! I wish I could give them less than that! The one person who I just started to trust, they got rid of her! Then had the nerve to charge me a fee when I received notice from the therapist the day of our meeting always the day of and I canceled immediately when I was in receipt! There was no time for a 24 cancellation their policy when I received the notice that morning!!! I will no longer need their services! The psychiatrist, Lisa meets with me for not even 10 minutes and decides what medications I will be taking!! Also, was a relative in the zoom meeting we had. I wonder what he heard????? She left our zoom meeting briefly to tell this relative something and he left out the door. I am seeing all of this......I met with her a total of 3 times and none of the meetings were over 15 minutes. Really???!!! I don't think so! However, if you choose to pick this place, that's on you. I will just have to do my research for when, or if I decide to seek another professional.
Hope Stein is AMAZING to work with. And this is probably and understatement! She really cares about her clients and helps them to get the BEST treatment for their needs. She puts her life on hold whenever someone needs her. Her clients always come first! It is not about $$ to Hope, it is about helping and giving back when she can. I have recommended Hope’s services to many people and they always say how great it was to work with such a caring individual.
Hope Stein from Renew Family Services is great to work with. She truly cares about her clients, and pushes to get them the best treatment to fit their needs. She gives those with substance abuse problems the opportunity to lead a full life and get back to their family, their jobs, and their true selves.
To anyone seeking help with addiction or help with a family member who is addicted.we can’t say enough positive things about Renew Family Services and Hope Stein. Hope and her staff have gone above and beyond our expectations helping us deal with a family member with substance abuse issues. Addiction affects the entire family. family and friends that deal with loved ones struggling need tools to cope and support each other. Hope helped us address the mistakes we were making while trying to deal with the frustration anger and disappointments we felt. The professionals at Renew Family Services Understand this.providing tools on how the entire family’s recovery can be achieved. Basically things like learning about addiction and the effect it has on the brain of our loved one. Hope also provided us with connections to other people dealing with addicted loved ones. Renew Family Services is a safe judgement free space for the entire family to learn how to overcome the stigma’s associated with addiction and mental disorders. The benefits of these sessions have helped us have a better quality of life less stress and improved overall health not to mention better relationships with the other family members. We would highly recommend Renew Family Services and Hope Stein to anyone struggling with substance abuse disorders,mental health issues or addicated loved ones. Thank you to Hope and her staff. We are so very grateful for all the help and support you have given us.
I was a patient at RFS over a year. Coreen was a great therapist for my conditions and struggles. I felt that I was in a place where I can be very comfortable in expressing myself without being judged. She helped me realize parts of myself that I realized were connected with my problems and past. For that, I am truly thankful for her help. I will suggest it would be more helpful in sessions to have more pragmatic questions and advice on how patients are going through areas of improvement and what would be the next steps moving forward. This would be a way for patients to stay focused on concrete goals to get better
renew was my next step after completing treatment at inpatient and outpatient! Every session with my therapist leaves me better than i was prior... even on the rough days! I have found a safe space to bring my 20 months of early sobriety and i am super grateful to my therapist and the whole staff for their help and support on my journey on recovery road!
I have been apart of renew Family Services for 2 years. I was in crisis when I started seeking therapy with Hope Stien. I now have a great perpective on myself, my life and my career all with the help of my therapy and my women's group therapy at Renew Family Services. .Hope has a great way of helping people and she keeps all her patients happy with her personal style of therapy! I have referred many other friends and family to seek their own therapy at Renew Family Services.
I have had not had any issues with Renew Family Services. The staff, the doctor the psychologist, everyone is very nice and helpful. They remind you with a confirmation call of all appointments and are very easy to deal with when you need to reschedule.
It just saddens me that this can go on . People who have never stepped foot in Renew can just post reviews that are not true . Or just give 1 star .This Deters people from getting the help that they need. Renew has helped so many people . Hope Stein is the most selfless person that I know. So please think twice before believing everything you read on here have your own opinion come see us .
Hope Stein puts her life on hold to help others. If it were not for her, my best friend would not be on the road to recovery and would, most likely, not be with us any longer. She is amazing - I wish I could rate with 10 stars!
