Amanda says that she was "uncomfortable" renewing my CNA license. I last worked for this location in August 2020 according to time sheets which I kept record of. I was PRN the entire time, and even asked about returning to work when I brought the verification form to be filled out. I have been a CNA since 2011 and my CNA license had just expired July 2021. I am not sure what was so "uncomfortable" about helping me renew my license, but I am a BSN student, so I will not let this get in my way. If this was a decision made by a higher department, it would have been more professional for Amanda to have told me this herself instead of just saying she was “uncomfortable.” I do not believe that this is true. -Donteah Jones
Amanda at the Fort Worth location refused to sign an employment verification form for me to renew my CNA license since I had not worked for this location in a while due to Covid having to virtual school my children. I worked for this location nearly two years before this pandemic. Wow!
