Reno Fitness Center is a 24/7 fitness facility. From body building, fitness, group or Karate we welcome new members.
Reno Fitness Center will accommodate members of all fitness levels, from beginner to power lifter. Beginners can enjoy the cardio equipment such as treadmills, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines and stair-climbers as well as general fitness machines that build strength in the core, lower and upper body. Those members focused on bulding mass and muscle will enjoy professional grade power lifting equipment made in the USA by Tuff Stuff/CalGym as well as dumb bells ranging from 5 lbs to 150 lbs. Over 32 of the 60+ pieces of equipment were designed by two of the most famous men in the body building industry. Reno Fitness Center also plans to host group aerobic, yoga and Zumba classes as well as seminars for nutrition, fitness, and body building.
The center will be available to members 24 hours a day via key-card access and is secured by 24-hour video cameras. The hours and location will accommodate shift-workers who pass by the facility daily as well as busy individuals who cannot commit to a set gym schedule. Tenured fitness specialists will staff the center, led by local certified personal trainer, Debbie Piatt. The trainers will work at the facility various hours weekly and by appointment for personal training sessions.
