What is the point of taking appointments? I got here and checked in 15 minutes early. I am still waiting, it has now been an hour past my scheduled time this happens all the time at this location and others by renown. Just don’t take appointments I guess. They don’t make a difference. Other than that, friendly and nice people.

My daughter has a 1:00 appointment today. It is 2:18 and still has not been called in. This man walks in and they call him in at 2:00 and he says "oh perfect got me in early when check in time was at 2:30" How does that work!

I never give bad reviews but I had such a genuinely bad experience with Dr. Vanessa Moreno. I feel very sick and I feel exactly the same as I did when I was sick a few months ago. I tried to tell Vanessa what that Dr. gave me that worked but she disagreed. She told me to just take over the counter medication. I have not had any work and asked for a recommendation so she gave me a very vague “anything with anti-congestion and that treats coughs.” I very politely and respectfully explained that I was a little uncomfortable only taking over the counter medication because I really want to feel better asap. I said that I pulled up my notes from my last visit and I had the same symptoms and read them off to her. I said that they gave me a steroid and that really helped. For some reason this seemed to offend her and she gave me an attitude. She said she would not give me a steroid and if that’s what I want I will have to go to the last place. I explained I live in Pennsylvania and she told me that was bad health care. In actuality, this was the worst health care experience I have ever had. She made me so anxious and uncomfortable I had a panic attack and burst into tears. Thankfully, my dad wanted to come with and when we left I asked if I was misreading the situation or if she seemed mad at me. He said yes she should not have reacted that way and has terrible bed side manners. I asked him if when I explained what my last doctor did if I sounded rude at all even though I was specifically trying to be very nice about it. He said I didn’t sound rude at all. Awful doctor I’m just trying to enjoy the short time I have here in NV to be with my dad. Hope you seek therapy doctor, that was pathetic. However, I would like the acknowledge that the front desk workers were lovely and very kind and friendly.

Although the wait was long, I’m assuming they’re short staffed like everyone else, it was a great overall experience. Every individual on their team was very kind and professional. I messed up my thumb, luckily not broken, and they took great care of me every step of the way. Front desk, nurses, X-ray tech, and PA Dalton were all awesome! Thanks again!

I always have such a good experience at this particular urgent care. The woman at the registration desk was so nice and made me feel better about things immediately. The nurse practitioner was also awesome. So many times you go somewhere and they rush you through or don’t ask you anything or listen to your concerns. Thank you so much.

Normally clean, the carpets were filthy and spotted, especially in the back examination rooms and lab. Also dirty in waiting area. It's shocking how bad this was, big spots everywhere! What the heck is going on, Renown Vista?

Had a gnarly gash on my eyebrow, needed a few stitches. I walked in and was immediately helped and after a few minutes of check-in and waiting I was seen! A lot quicker than I expected. Lindsey M Hall and her assistants were phenomenal, best care I’ve ever had at the doctors, made the whole process a breeze:

I have a very good service  and very efficiently,  because it was very fast in less tan 30 minutes I was outside. The personal  ans nurses are very nice all the time and everybody  have a happy face. i like that because when I have a question I  recive an answer  and they were in a very good mood everyone. I give to them 100% and recommending  them too.  Thank you,  thank you  and thank you.

When I checked in I didn’t have an appointment I was told that it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait and that was very accurate. When my turn came, I was taken to an exam room and the AP came in about 20 minutes later. She quickly assessed my complaint and scheduled an ultra-sound for that evening at 6 pm. After the test, she called me with the results and treatment recommendations. I was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of care.

I was a walk-in at approx. 9:50AM after calling ahead.  I was just finishing check-in when they placed me in a room.  The admission clerk was pleasant and thorough, very efficient.  I was given excellent care by the physical and medical assistant.  When the doctor was unable to check if my ears were infected he ordered ear lavage of both ears to remove the hardened ear wax so he could check for infection and the MA did a great job of being sure to get those ears really clean which also helped my headache.  They did a Covid-19 swab of my nose and a throat swab of my very painful sore throat to check for strep, answered all my questions with patience and explained what and why they were doing procedures.  Excellent care and the only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that I have worked in many medical environments and didn't feel the exam room and waiting room was as clean as it should be.  I notice when exam drawers and areas are not wiped down after each use and if the paper sheets on exam tables appear torn.  The floor in the exam room was dirty so maybe call in maintenance to clean up after you had a patient with mud covered shoes or whatever.
