Rent 1st

I won't use another place in Durant to like Buddy's or Aaron's. I usually go to Aaron's in Sherman because I like how they treat people. But I really enjoyed working with the staff here from the manager to the sales/drivers.

Absolutely garbage company. I was called while I was standing in front of a customer, when I declined the call, they proceeded to call me back.....4TIMES......in 1 yes 1, no exaggeration minute. Customer service is trash and the associates need to be trained. Do not rent from this company. They will call and call and call.....regardless if u have spoken with them or not.

Worst company ever. I worked 3 full days in Durant rent 1st and only got paid for 1. They sent me to collect at a house knowingly people had COVID-19 inside. All of the products are USED that they rent out. BE FOR-WARNED...STAY AWAY!!!

I paid every time give few days I was told and messaged pay off. after I paid it off I was then told I had late fees to pay now at the very end. liked this place but for a mesly few dollars they lost future customer who actually paid for there stuff and this isn’t the first time I had a 90 days same as cash tv that I went in two months later and they refused to let me pay it off this has done it for me.

This place is awesome great customer service. The guys are super friendly. With out Rent 1st I wouldn't been able to build all over again with out paying a arm and a leg for it. Thank you Casey Tommy and Dylan and Eric.

I would never recommend this company to anyone nor would I ever return as a customer. Purchased a washer and dryer those work great never had a problem the problem comes from customer service...I once called in a payment and the "manager" casey read my entire credit card information aloud to the entire store and then got rude with Me when I asked him not to expose my information. Jett or jed then took over the call.

Do not do it!!! They took 2 payments and then argued with me. The manger there is totally unprofessional and told me good when I told him by taking another payment and not being able to reimburse me is putting me in a bind on feeding my children! This place is a joke and they are taking this stuff back pandemic or not!

I don't like how they start calling you three days before payment is due they will keep calling and texting you while your trying to work

Has a sign on the door that says MASKS REQUIRED however not a SINGLE employee had one on. Ummm no. Not going to require a paying customer to wear one but not wear one yourself.

Great rent to own place. Great staff. Great service. Tommy and Dylan over there are really good guys
