They gave me a used system and controller!!! I then went back and told them and they said they couldn’t do nothing unless they went and bought one from Walmart. So I wouldn’t leave until they did give me a new controller at the least. So they end up bringing me a controller but that one was also used!!!! So 10min past an they decided to pull 1 of 10 new Ps5 boxes down and give me a new controller!!!! I should have just got a whole new system but it’s lightly used and I’m happy with it.

Great customer service. Got a great deal 55 inch tv and had a problem with the remote. They ordered a new remote and got it to me quickly, Free of charge. Highly recommend

This is one of the best if not the best locations in central Ohio. All of the employees go above and beyond to help they're customers and are all around amazing people! I would definitely recommend checking out this location!

I got a new bed set with a dresser and a TV stand, Shannon helped me pick out everything i wanted and made the application process super simple I had amazing customer service! delivery was smooth, put together everything for me and made sure i had everything right where i wanted it and didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want!! I'm so happy with what I received. Definitely a returning customer!
