I’ve never had a negative experience with anyone in the Mount Vernon store. I love how much they care about everyone who walks in the doors and ensures you’re getting the best deals. I’m literally obsessed with the bed and couch I’ve gotten from them, highly recommend!
Got tires on monthly payments and the made me switch to weekly when I called and told them I would be a day or two late had to block them from pulling off my debit card cause they would charge 3 different amounts in a day every week I go in and pay the prices never ever line up for example I talked to them Monday they tell me 120 Wednesday which is cool they told me they would stop by my house and pick up. Waited and they never came. Guy stops by Wednesday tells me it's 150 which I didn't have cause they told me 120 two days prior. They tried to pull 40 off my card the next day. I'm no mathematician but 150-120 would be 30. They are not understanding at all when I signed up I wanted monthly cause that's how most bills come and I support 3 kids and a wife on my sole income and they seemed to get that. Never again will I go to them. I have bought countless things from showplace with absolutely no issues. Never again. Worst place to get anything lady I always talk to I think her name is Dominique is the absolute rudest snobbiest *cough cough* I have ever talked to.
These people go above and beyond to help you! Fantastic customer service! They also have in store drawings and give away quality items. Jaden is the best customer service representative that I've ever met!
When I needed to replace my washer and dryer, I looked all over to find the best deal and R2O was by far the best choice. I was able to purchase my brand new Samsung washer and dryer set for the best deal in town and have it delivered and installed quickly. From the store staff to the delivery team everything was handled with utmost customer care and service. I highly recommend!!
Brian makes going into Rent-2-Own a great experience every time you walk through the door. Not only is he one of the most professional and honest salesman I've ever met, he also is a very kind person. He is considerate of the budgets I set before him and makes sure I walk out the door with all of my needs taken care of.

Dawn and her staff are amazing! Always willing to help and work with you! Nice payment offer! Just amazing ppl! I have gotten a washer dryer adjustable bed frame and a couch from them. I have went to other leasing places and they wouldn’t cover warranty damage or anything! Rent 2 own will! They have so many perks as well. And they have everything! Tired purse rings! Thanks dawn for being so amazing!
Everyone at the Mount Vernon store is great. The delivery drivers are very polite and they make sure that you are satisfied with your stuff before they leave. They asked me if I had any questions before they left. And as they were eaving they thanked me and said have a nice day!
Every time I go in this place, everyone is very friendly and helpful. They always have a great attitude and always smiling. My youngest is always wanting to stop by this store to see everybody, and the staff love seeing him. I have bought many things from them, and plan on getting more from them.
Dawn's store in Mt Vernon is the best they take their time and work with each one of u personally and they try to do their best to make the prices right to help u out.... They love doing bundle deals which helps a lot! Love them and all their staff..... I wouldn't choose another store their nice and very patient with their customers! Love them all
