Saw pics of the cars cleverly taken. Went in looking at a somewhat rare lexus.   Upon arrival car was beaten to a pulp every panel was damaged and car smelt like cigarettes and sweat.     Then we were like well let's see what they want for it.   There's no pricing till you drop 2gs on it. Don't do it.      There's better deals on any buy here pay here lot we went to carmax they handled it all they're cars were perfect.   Update ya goto carmax

My husband got me the best I could ask for is a car, especially for my birthday present. Davonte was super nice and had us in and out in under an hour; also not to mention approved the same day!

After a few months of dealing with unreliable vehicles, and dealing with none trust worthy sales reps. Nick here at rent2own HQ gave me no hassle or didn’t try to drain my pockets. He was able to get straight to work on getting me into a reliable, family safe vehicle, with the budget I had at the time. This place is TERRIBLE. For one I had a friend who needed to renew her insurance which he was going to do the following day. It had not even been a day yet and they took the car, on top of paying the fee to get it back they wanted to charge him even MORE because it went over the alotted miles. Almost another 200 just for that! Then in order to get stuff back from vehicle they want to charge  50 dollars JUST to remove personal items from vehicle! This place is money hungry, they do not care about you at all and will sell you a car that needs work. Better off taking your business elsewhere!!

Don’t go you will be scammed! Buyers beware. Go to an authorized dealer at a major lot. Car Max had better prices and financing.

I love the staff they are very friendly. They have been outstanding and very understanding especially during a stressful time for me when my daughter needed a kidney transplant. As long as you make your payments, keep full coverage there is nothing wrong with this place or the staff. I have had all three of my vehicles from there and they are the best.

If you make your payments and keep up with maintenance the place is great to lease from. You get what you get when you’re looking for an easy route this is the place.  you should keep on time payments and keep insurance and if you can treat people correctly they’ll work with you , I’ve had a great experience with S Pan Am Expressway location , how you treat people is how you will be treated.

This is the worst company ever do not go there. They just scan me for $1100. One daily on a car payment. And the keyboard pick my car up. And I paid the money and they still wanna get in my car back. They scammed me for 1100 dollars, do not go there.

This place Is trash.. they get cars they don't even fix them they put in lot to poke people's eyes. And for a Reason they don't expect numerous of insurances and when my insurance kicked it my insurance didn't want them on the declaration as the lein holder that's a red flag the reason being they make to many small claims so my insurance denied then Real quick and they weren't happy about it. The truck was not street legal NO HORN, NO WIPERS, THE WINDOWS DIDNT ROLL DOWN, BRAKE LIGHTS AND REVERSE LIGHTS DIDNT WORK Got locked out of truck they knew it didn't work and didn't fell to mention it, after 3 hours of getting the truck we had to call a lock smith to unlock the door and  won't reimburse the bill when it was there fault. And to top it off the so called "Manager" Joseph told my husband I'm trying to keep cool... Like is that a threat? SO PLEASE DONT GO THERE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE..

If I could give a No Star I would. These people look for ways to legally take your money. It is disgusting how they potray themselves as helping people. I've had two different vehicles with them and all I can say is, DO NOT GO TO THE MANDATORY INSPECTIONS. They look for any little reason for them to take whatever money they can from you. They do not care if you have a family or if you're struggling. The way the business is set up is disturbing.
