I have been a customer for almost a year now and in this time there has been three different Managers but this time I believe they got the right one!!. I had an issue with a living room set that I had. I went into the store to talk about my issue . The problem was solved within 15 minutes. The Delivery person was very person was amazing as well. I will definitely shop here again . Thank you Greenspring Staff

I couldn't post unless I put a star on. Zero stars is what I'm feeling right now. Me and my fiancee have been dealing with this store for almost a month. Since then, we've been lied to and our order has been treated like we never even talked to anyone. None of our info has been documented completely until now, our supposed delivery date is today, lo and behold, not getting it today because of a personal matter, and the "store manager" we've been talking to is no longer there and lied to us about any and all things pertaining to our order. And also costed me a day's pay. Highly p***** and disappointed.
If I could rate this place a negative 0 I would. My fiance and I went to rent a center in home would about a month ago . Spoke with the store manager Cecilia about getting a bedroom set. I was already approved for a limit I could spend on a bedding set . My fiance and I picked out the bedroom set. Cecilia told us that we did not have to wait that she would get our bedroom ordered and have it delivered on our move in date at our apartment in September 15th 2023. We didn't here from her in weeks . My fiance and I called to see what was going on with our furniture . She couldn't remember if she ordered the furniture or not did not have my information in the system .Move in day is today we have been waiting all day for our bedding . My fiance called and found out that our bedding wasn't going to be delivered. No communication what so ever. I will take my money and business somewhere else. The staff members are terrible at the homewood location. There needs to be an investigation that takes place to see where people money is going.
I wish I could give this store a half star. First they did not have what I ordered so they delivered a bed that was substandard, when I ordered a Nectar mattress with frame. Said I could have it after the first payment for 300 dollars. I didnt know it was used so the next month they changed the entire contract and doubled that price and said that they would deliver the bed I ordered, but it never came but she still charged me as though I had it. She said she apologized but still wanted me to pay for what I did not have. I put the bed in the garage. They picked it up 2 weeks later. This was my first time, and the last do not deal with RAC HOMEWOOD, or do so at your own risk.
I have been dealing with Green Springs location since December 2022. ASHLEY store manager has made it happen whatever the need was..Devon always courteous n funny Dre makes sure I'm good..Josh n Devon made delivery yesterday were patient even though it was late. You get what you give..respect courtesy and kindness go a long way..go check them out you won't regret it! Thank yall for being the best part of my transition this far!!
Well I never had n order from RENT-A-CENTER and I'm a beginner but I promise to do payment requirements on time and I thank you for your service.
Wow, Ashley and her team were fabulous to work with. She found me just what I needed. Her whole team were fantastic to work with. Don’t see customer service like this too often now a days.
Since new people have been hired now my experience was great Grizelda really helped me
I still have not received the tv that I ordered and today I was called and asked to make a payment for something they had not delivered
