I have had the most amazing experience with this location. I received the best deals and so thankful I decided to go this route. The women that helped me, did so on her day off plus her personal phone. To me that is OUTSTANDING. I will give her a 5 star any day. You have the absolutely best employee 's representing your store and Sapulpa location. God bless..
The high turnover of employees, the disrespect from the employees, and the store is always in disarray when I do make an appearance to pay in store. I refuse to go into Sapulpa store because it’s always turned upside down. I am treated poorly on the phone, so I refuse to call or go in store to pay. I do not refer anyone to this store because they never keep good customer care, employees, nor respectful phone service. Online service is great, quick, and hassle free.
Tired of being lied to. I have been waiting for this store manager to get a fridge to us that we have been waiting on. The first one she ordered, sent confirmation of the purchase and said she would let us know asap when she gets it for delivery. We text her over a week later only to find out that the head manager cancelled it due to price. No correspondence from her whatsoever to let us know. She tells us this past Saturday she got us a fridge and it would be delivered. Here it is Tuesday and she is now backpedaling and pushing it out further. I’m tired of her lies and deceit. I have all the text messages. We shouldn’t have to keep being pushed off. If you tell someone a day, you stick to it.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. They sent an employee out to demand payment. The employee refused to leave my porch even after I paid online and he was so visibly angry that I felt uncomfortable opening my door. Fearing another interaction, I paid off the remainder of my agreement in full after he left. He proceeded to come back that same evening at 8:00 when it was dark out, and he came back with 3 other large men demanding I pay for the couches or they were coming in to take them. They demanded I show them a receipt and refused to leave and continued trying to intimidate me. If they had checked before they came out they would have seen I already paid in full for the set and had no further business with them, but that's not why they came out. They came out to cause trouble. When I reported the interaction to the store manager, he took no fault. The store should absolutely check to make sure a person actually owes money before sending their muscle men out to collect and they should definitely only do so during proper business hours. This is 2021, women have to be careful. This was a jarring experience and I would file charges if I could but the most I could do was put up a no trespassing sign and file a report, and make this post. Since this unfortunate and frightening interaction, I have not been contacted via phone or email from Rent a Center to make amends, even though all managers and higher ups were supposedly already notified by customer service. 0/10. In response to below as it will not let me reply to you- I already filed a formal complaint with that number and heard nothing back, furthermore this is the exact same email in your system. I just checked and still receive spam from you guys, still have my payment receipt confirmation from you guys, etc. So you don't need to act like this is some fake incident. It's not, and if you want to contact me you may do so to this email and utilize it to look up any and all account information in your system.
This store needs to be more responsible with their trash. Any time the wind kicks up, large pieces of plastic wrap get blown out of the dumpster and into the street/neighborhood behind the store. I've picked up several pieces myself but it's getting old.
Friendly, helpful staff. I've rented several items and have always receive great costumer service every time.
Made initial payment for a bed and frame. Have yet to receive the frame. We have rearranged our schedules more than once to make sure someone is home for them to deliver only to call hours after scheduled delivery just for them to say they don't have the frame or had to order the frame. Waited around all day on black Friday because they said they would deliver that so missed out on shopping here it is well over 2 weeks later and still have NOT received our bed frame that was supposedly ordered. Still no one has contacted us. I was told that my account would be taken care since we still haven't received what we've already made a payment on but just received an email that a full payment would be coming out tomorrow. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!
Wish I could give zero stats and still leave a reciew. This place is a joke. They lack communication. So glad Cali is gone. So many issues with her that were beyond belief. As soon as my refrigerator is paid off I will not rent again.
The store “manager” Callie was harassing me via her personal cell number called 14 times before I had to block her even though I already spoke to Christina at the Sapulpa location previously that day. Christina was very professional and caring. I have screen shorted the amount of times Callie has called me via personal cellphone to demand a payment when the payment wasn’t at my fault it was the stores system that failed as I’m set up on auto pay. Christina finally figured it out and fixed the problem. But Callie always has a rude attitude and is very aggressive towards customers. Employees and customers have had bad interactions with her. She needs to be reprimanded and fired.
