I just wanna say thank you to all the guys the delivery guys at work for a rental center and Orange City and Edgar. All a bunch of great people do everything I can to help you out Hillary guys go above and beyond with the job as they do whatever you need them to do just a good store and good people.

Edgar has always been a great manager, helping with the problems of daily life that arise. Keith and Hector are also very knowledgeable and always willing to assist me with anything. I have been with this store in particular even though I live in Deland for years because they make me feel like family. All of the employees are great and I will stay here forever..Great Job!

Great customer service being greeted at the door by multiple employees  . Hassle free . Julia was the associate who finalized the paperwork with us . Very personable will definitely recommend coming to see Julia and the rest of the rent a center crew

I had been a customer here for many years and had purchased and paid off multiple items. The very last thing I got here was a TV. I had bought the extra insurance and it was just my luck that a few weeks before making my last payment the screen started acting up. They sent it off to be "fixed" only for it to be returned and had more spots on the screen then before. For the next several weeks they had my TV for repairs and I had a loaner TV in the meantime. Needless to say my TV never got fixed and so I asked if I could just keep the TV they had loaned me. This loaner TV was on sale at a marked down price of $900 and it was a lower grade TV compared to the one I had mine without the added interest was priced at $1400. The only difference was that it was a 52" and my TV was a 48". They didn't want to do that. It took almost 2 months and me taking it all the way to the district manager to finally get a resolution and I was able to keep the loaner TV in place of mine. They made out better then me. I have not returned to this business since then and returned the other 2 items I had with them because they lack in giving great customer service and abiding by their policies and making things right especially when a customer has the extra insurance to cover things like this. They would rather lose a good customer then to provide excellent customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

After having huge runaround with the east colonial in Casselberry  location this location made the process very easy and they were very honest with us about pricing and options- update - I called them last week to pick up the washer and dryer they were supposed to pick them up last Friday they never did they are supposed to pick them up today I have waited all day and am still waiting

I own several items from this store and will likely have more...Julia and the staff are awesome...prices are reasonable especially if you can pay off early ....I practically furnished my home through them

Very highly upset! I made my payments on time. I had fallen sick and could not make my payment on Friday. So I called them to let them know I was sick and will make a payment on Monday. I was charged a "late fee". ""Caution: READ THE FINE PRINT!!" AFTER 6 MONTHS, they charge you" full price" on your purchase!!!! Crazy me, thinking I was only a few payments left, because of past the 6 months mark, I am being charged the whole price of a washer/ dryer??? Who ever heard of over $1000 dollars each??? Besides, incase they haven't heard..... WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC!!!! POOR BUSINESS IN MY OPINION !!!! FIRST AND LAST TIME. YOU GUYS DESERVE O STARS!
