Tool awhile to get the agreement going due to the salesman messaging once them radio silence for 2-3 days. Once complete it was 3 days for my item to be delivered. Inky really irritating thing is that if u haven't made my payment by 2pm the day its due, I get a call by 5pm saying it's late. I guess they run by their own definition of "later. Otger than that it's not a bad place. Do the 5/6 months same as cash. Saves alot of $.
I love our rent a center..When u asl them to pick up the money they come as soon as possible..Everyone there at the store are awesome
Usually I have good things to say other than this stupid pop up every time I log in, BUT, at this point, I feel like I am being harassed by whoever calls me multiple times a day to “remind me my payment is 2 days late”. I’ve paid off THOUSANDS of dollars of merchandise during my time with Rent A Center, but this guy that continuously calls me is about to make me just return my items and never purchase another item from them.
The deliveries have went well I'm pleased with the furniture they are comfortable
For some reason Rent A Center thinks it’s ok the pound on your door 3-4 times a week and leave ads on people’s doors. No one wants to deal with your scams.
My experience with Rent A Center has been great. The only problem I have with them is they put me on autopay without my permission.
Always helpful with me and my crazy pay schedule.
Everyone was very helpful, accommodating and friendly.
I was looking for a freezer but they didn't have any and had a long waiting list with delivery not expected until August. I received a call while traveling for a funeral. They offered me the freezer. Even agreed to hold it until I returned. Picked it up today. New still in the box. I love this place!
You only get 1 star because that’s the lowest option available. Unprofessional, discourteous, tasteless, impudent, and just down right ill-mannered. I’m speaking directly of the manager, Andrew and the female staff member, Felicia, I don’t know how these people have jobs. As a business owner and long time manager of several business myself, your ignorance and lack of maturity toward me as a customer and as a human being in general, truly showed today. Put on a smiling face and friendly act if it makes you feel better about yourself, but my voicemails and recordings of your unprofessional conversations speak for themselves. 7 Days behind on a payment because I’ve been ill, in bed and without a voice for a week and a half and get treated like a thief over a couch lol..seriously! So much for trying to support your local store. You may have other customers, but you’ve lost my business and that’s unfortunate for your company.
