I made a purchase online for $33.29 on May 10. I was informed by the store manager, Samantha, that they could not deliver in my area. I’ve been in the store twice regarding the refund of $33.29 and was told each time it’s depending on my bank. Well, no bank take that LONG to process a refund. I called RAC customer service and was informed that the district manager would reach out to me. I called the store to ask for the contact information for the district manager and they said they didn’t have it. I have never seen a business that conduct business like this over a refund. My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB since no one at RAC store in Horn Lake or their customer service line can refund me my money! So pitiful I had to resort to writing a review over a refund but if it was you all you would do the same thing especially if a service was not rendered!

If I could give 0 stars I would but this 1 will do. I’ve made 2 payments and still haven’t received my items. I was told that my items would get delivered on Saturday, APRIL 22nd around 1 ish left my cousin home going service just to make it back in time for them to deliver and they pushed the time back to 3-5 so I moved the date to TODAY, MONDAY APRIL 24th! What I’m not understanding is why my items weren’t delivered before going to FRAYSER now the truck have a flat when I’m literally 5 minutes from the freaking store????? Highly irritated and disappointed. Regret getting anything with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I think that Rent a Center is a awesome place to shop. The employees are great and very friendly. If you have a need for ANYTHING for your home I highly recommend Rent A Center….

I’ve been here in the past and still to-date I receive great customer service and quality furniture. The staff is great! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, especially if the environment, services,  or staff is not as such at this location

They want me to come in for no reason all my info the same and taking 3 days to provide a delivery date then charged me again for the protection plan I paid for online

Detrick is the first person that you’ll see in the store.  Probably because he’s too lazy to get out and deliver furniture that he lies and tells you can have the same day.  Well, that’s what he says over the phone to lure you into the store and then once you’ve filled out your paperwork, he will tell you that it’ll be two to three days for delivery because they are short staff for deliveries.     I did an online order and rent a center took my payment.    The store calls and says that the item I ordered is out of stock. So  I go to the store, pick out another item and then here comes the false advertising deception.   I was told that it would take three days for deliver to my home  once I was at the store in person.      I asked for a refund of my payment.  I’ve called the store manager four times. She lies and says that she submitted the request.   That was over a month ago.  To date, no refund.   I’m calling my bank today and report fraud on rent a center for taking card payments with no service or product delivered.  Do  Not Visit this location.  You’ll regret it.

I can’t rent from your company anymore so that I can use the $123 credit I have but I can’t seem to get it refunded either.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went to this company made my initial payment and waited for my product to arrive. Was told in store the product would arrive between 12 and 2. Nobody showed or called, when contacting the store was told another hour. Waited another hour and a half with no show no call. Contacted the store again was told it was on the truck and would arrive when it arrived. I showed up to the store less than 10 minutes later. Product was still in store and never had been moved or cleaned out from employees food and drinks. Employees were rude and unprofessional, tried to argue with me instead of just refunding my money. Also employees stated they were aware there was a mask mandate in place for the state but make the choice not to follow the mandate. I do have video of the incident as well as recorded phone conversation and will be releasing these to the CDC, as well as  to rent a center corporate office. I will also be contacting the better business bureau.

Store need a new update! As in Manager in new employees people so rude it’s sad we have to deal with people like this never gave me the run around in told lies and never got my money back

It was great. Good customer service.
