These guys are the most considerate people possible, they were willing to meet me out the back when google maps brought me that way, and were willing to wait for me to come pick up right before closing. Very kind, considerate staff!
Notice first that most of these reviews are older. We have bought 2 items from here early within 6 months and have one item currently and are on time. Although I agree the customer service is decent, we missed payments - one due to COVID and the other due to fraud in our account not many, and always caught up immediately. They were rude and dismissive especially Rob. We will not use them again. I will be contacting leadership of this organization tomorrow. Home Depot ironically has been wonderful and has similar options, even in terms of credit and financing now, but you have to dig for them. You treat people with respect no matter what - even if they don't meet your expectations.

Laconia rent-a-center was clean and friendly. Masks must be worn inside the store/show room. Be aware that Google brings you to the back of the store when getting directions. Its best to park there and walk around counter clock wise to the front of the store.
First off we have always had a good relationship with rent a center laconia nh very friendly and understanding staff However due to covid 19 it made it very difficult to acquire the furniture we wanted but thanks to eric's hard work we finally received the sectional sofa we wanted we couldnt be happier and more grateful to Eric's hard work going above and beyond to make us happy thank you so much! With Rent A Center I am always treated with respect and never disappointed and if I was they would do anything and everything to make me happy. This is why I love Rent A center and will keep coming back. Thankyou Rent A Center!
Rent A Center does work with people, I have used them for a long time, I have bought a few big items from them and paid them off.
I have not heard from anyone from there about the job I applied for the last time I knew I was the next one up and no one told me yet if taking or not
