Spoke on the phone with Leslie, the sales associate from my local Rent A Center. She answered all. My questions, even offered to make some adjustments to the final, "walk away" deposit price. She was patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the kind of items I had called in, interested about. Leslie was outstanding, thank you
I been coming here for years and I never had a problem with anything at this store. Daniel and Veronica are great people and their costumer services is always on point. I truly recommend this store to anybody.
Lady on the phone was very friendly, but ultimately misleading. I tried to rent a S23, and asked if they had it in stock so that I could come pick up at their store a few times and she confirmed that I could. Upon giving all my information and license number, I asked again, if I could pickup at the store in about an hour after doing the documentation and such, and she then told me that I couldn't pick it up and that they didn't have it in stock like she said in the beginning of the conversation. Super bummed out since I thought I could pickup after being given several vocal confirmations, spending a good bit of my time on the phone, only to find out that they didn't have the item in stock after all and I essentially wasted my time speaking to them.
After embarrassing my family and myself by coming to our house and demanding I pay on this day when the associate that helped me they were misleading about the price of the couch. So the price of the couch was supposed to have been much cheaper than originally charged. I just wanted people to tell the truth. Thank you again for doing the right thing...

I never expected to have any success with making a purchase due to the finance amount I was approved for when applying online, however thanks to the spectacular staff LaLa, Will, and Daniel I was able to walk out with more than I could have dreamed for. The whole process was handled in a manner that proved the staff enjoy working there, and truly care about their customers. I dread shopping and was shocked at how quick and smooth everything was. Check em' out and I'm confident that you will walk out with the same satisfaction I did.
