Worst customer service experience ever trying to return a U-Haul van. Their website says office opens at 8am. Waited for over 1/2 hour until Dave opened up at 9. He was hostile, angry, confrontational, argumentative when I asked him to please check me in. He told me to go to the app to return the truck and refused to assist me. My complaint to U-Haul corporate office resulted in a promise to be contacted by a regional manager to follow-up. This guy deserves all the negative feedback he's going to receive from the corporate office. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy receiving abusive treatment by an employee who clearly hates his job. The positive reviews must be from friends and family of the owner. They can't be real.  It's been a year and I was was never contacted by customer service as promised. Rent A Wreck is aptly named, it's a wreck of a company. Steer clear of them!

Doesn't seem open anymore.   Website is down.   I called the phone number on 7/7/2023 at 4pm on Friday and no answer and voicemail box full.

Rented a truck weeks in advance and day of they told us they over booked the truck to two other people and they only had one truck available.  We rushed over and thankfully got the truck though it was smaller and we had to do three truck loads.  They when my husband went to return the truck the next day, no one was there and there return app location finder to prove you’re returning to the right location would not work, so he just dropped the keys in the box and left.  I called the next day to confirm everything was okay and no one picked up so I left a message.  No one called back and my card was charged and we received a receipt. Fast forward to today and I was checking my bank transactions and there is suddenly another charge!  Again, I called and no response so I left another message.  Waited an hour and called back, this time it goes straight to voicemail.  Needless to say I am upset.  Will continue to contact them, but be warned something is off about this place...find service elsewhere.

Rented a car for 3 days, beautiful  car, great rates. Will rent again from them and recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a major credit card.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Booked a van 6 weeks out for a group of nine people coming from all over. Called ten days out to confirm. Got a two sentence email three days out that the van wasn't available. Weekend getaway ruined, all we got was a sorry you are SOL. Do not use this company if you actually want a rental vehicle. Will update post if they get it together, but doubtful.

UPDATE: Closed permanently. __________ So glad that Rent-A-Wreck is here for my family. They have helped us so many times when car repairs are needed, and are always helpful and resourceful.

Rented a cargo van to move. Needed it for Sunday but they're closed on Sundays. I was told that I could pick it up Saturday and return it by Monday and would only be charged 1 day. Imagine my surprise when I get called up and told I'm in violation of my contract and will be charged an extra day. Do not trust these people and look elsewhere for your rentals.

I rented a 15 passenger van for a week in October and a week in November.  Fantastic customer service and a very clean & reliable van. I'll be renting it again for a week in December!!! Thanks guys!!!

I’ve been OK with many UHaul rentals. I’m about to rent car for 4 weeks... we’ll see! Much better rates than Majestic. Wonder what car and especially Tires & drive?
