Renwick Family Dental Care LLC

I have gone to this dental office for years but will not return. Their office called me continually to bring me in for a cleaning, which is covered by my dental insurance. On the way out, after my cleaning appointment, I was told "oh, your insurance doesn't cover the sealing. Half of your teeth which were sealed that day is $300. When can we schedule your next appointment to seal the other half" for $300 more, of course? You wouldn't pay an auto mechanic for work that you didn't authorize, so I don't feel that I should have to pay for this work that was done without my knowledge or approval. I reluctantly called their office after receiving many bills from them to tell them I would make payments in installments as I have 2 sons in college right now, and that was the best I could do. To add insult to injury, they turned my account over to a collection agency to collect payment for their unauthorized work AFTER I had called their office to tell them I would send in payments. Me and my family have gone to this office for years, so it is infuriating to me to be taken advantage of like this. No more.

I've been going to Dr. Que for nearly 20 years and my wife began seeing him about 10 years ago. His practice and staff are top notch. He has always address our dental issues very quickly and appropriately. I can actually say that it's always been a pleasure going to the dentist since we began using Renwick Family Dental. We highly recommend Dr. Que and his staff as an excellent family dentist!

This was my first time there. I have never in my 40 years of living thus far had that much ease at a dentist visit....Not to mention the Dentist is absolutely hilarious......I went due to my having an tooth emergency. I’m extremely satisfied with results of my visit......I will definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Do not use. Very dishonest. They will not inform you if your insurance is out of network. Blue cross is not in their network! They stole over 700 from me
