The owners care about their members and teach their students lifelong lessons. At Renzo Gracie, you’re a person and apart of the family once you enter the gym. They have different classes based on age, skill level and competitiveness. They also have a ton of beginner level classes as well! I would send anyone interested in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to this gym immediately.
For those of you struggling to get into an exercise routine, taking jiujitsu provides the motivation that carries you through the times that maybe the scale isn’t reflecting the work you’re putting in not to say that you won’t lose weight if you want to - you definitely will!. This is the prime school for this, not just for the skill and expertise of the coaches but also for the fact that it feels like you gain a new family. Come for your self defense and health, stay for the tribe of supportive and encouraging people who would have your back in a second if you ever needed it.
Awesome place for my kid to learn jiu-jitsu. She loves her class. The gym is clean and spacious, and the coaches are outstanding. Plus, the musical selection is the best!
My daughter and I have been training at Renzo Gracie Colorado for almost 2 years now. In our time here we have not only gained valuable skills and experiences in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we have gained overall confidence and more importantly, we've gained a second family. We couldn't feel more at home at this gym, everyone is friendly, helpful, and accepting. Thank you for providing an amazing gym with an exceptional atmosphere professor Avi.

Great learning environment and Professor Avi is excellent. Nice, clean gym. This is a good place to learn self defense and tournament training.
Only went once as a trial class. I've done grappling on and off for about 10 years. Seems like a good group of people and the Black Belt there is legit. But there was a blue belt that I believe is a coach. I applied a really simple and common forearm choke and I didn't apply it forcefully. She told me after rolled, that it was a jerk move and was "Rapey". I demonstrated this with a few other Jiu Jitsu coaches and they said there was nothing wrong with it and it was common choke. I am not sure what happened in the past with that coach, but I wouldn't go to this place. They are limiting students in their ability to learn and practice the defense aspect of the art.
This a great gym with a great coach. It has a friendly training environment that’ll push you to be your best. Having some of the largest mat space in the area is a huge plus as well.
This gym is phenomenal. Professor Avi makes the learning environment really fun. I enjoy training at this gym, and the people that train here are awesome. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to learn BJJ, wrestling, and some judo.
