The place seemed decent when I got there, my problem was three washers they had listed online we're no longer there available for sale I had driven 20 minutes to get there. I just think once you sell something in that situation you should delete it online.
Got a refrigerator and stove off of them refrigerators missing the shelves on the door stove don't even have a light bulb in it
This place is horrible. If I could give them 0 stars i would. Bought a 500.00 refrigerator from them and it was shot within 60 days of purchasing it. Their warranty only covers 30 days!!! Do not go here.
I bought 2 queen beds from them and within 3 weeks the threads started pulling away. I called and was asked to email pics and I did this. Well like any place else you give them time to look over the complaint. I called on several occasions and was told they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I still got no satisfaction so I called the manufacturer which advised me they spoke with no one and that they never heard my name attached to anything. Finally almost 5 months later we finally got a call they would deliver and I could choose between Monday or Wednesday and I chose Wednesday. It is now Wednesday I canceled therapy for them to deliver, I called to get approximate time and was told I was not even on the schedule. I am highly ticked off now. Take a chance if you want to and you might be blessed to get proper service, something I didn’t get.
Bought a washer and dryer from them that I absolutely love at a great price! After a couple of weeks, the washer quit spinning and they gladly let us take it in for them to repair it. It was done over the weekend and I had my washer back in my home and working quicker than expected! The best customer service I have ran across in ages! They didn't even hassle us while we were trying to figure out which set we liked!
We are happy with the dryer we bought. The two guys working there seemed honest and not pushy at all. They had seven gas dryers to choose from ..most are about 1/3 or less the price of new ones. They will be my first stop for washer/dryer appliance shopping from now on.
As with others, purchased a stove and a washer from them. Shortly after the warranty date ended things went bad. Used appliances right, it happens. Called an independent repair company out to take a professional look. They informed us we were lucky the house did not catch on fire from the shotty wiring that was done. We reached out to Repperts with our concerns. They said the person who deals with this was not in and would reach back out to us. After 2 followup calls on our end this person never called us back. If their prices where half of what they are this would not be so bad. $250 for a stove that worked for 2 months. Shame on the family that runs Repperts.
Do not buy a damn thing from this place. Sold us a broken washer that barely lasted past the warranty, then when we called they refused to fix it bc the warranty was over. No one has almost $300 to just throw away. Honor your mistakes and fix your screwups. There are hardworking people who dont deserve to be screwed over by you slimeballs. Once I stated that the part that they supposedly fixed broke again so it wasn't fixed correctly i was calla liar. Reporting them to the BBB for their shady business practices.
Great prices! Nice appliances and other things... Very nice owners n staff... I've been in the position where I couldn't go over and I've just call Vicky and told her what I needed ...she picks it out for me and they deliver it!! Every major appliance in my home is from Repperts and I've never had any issues with any of them.
We picked up a stove for our firehouse in Pittsburgh. When we got there the stove looked way more beat up than the photos let on. I asked the guy if everything worked, he said yes they checked everything.They loaded up the stove, when we got back to the firehouse, the first thing we noticed was the cord was all chewed up.I called and they said they would send me a new cord in the mail, they took down our address. A week later it still wasn't here so I called and the lady said that they thought I was picking it up, I said no I'm a hour away. Why would they take down our address a week earlier if I was gonna pick it up.Anyway another week goes by, and I call again and the lady says, oh, we will send that plug out today. Four days later we get it and its a plug cut off another stove, the wrong one.Since there is only a 30 day warranty and it took 3 weeks to get the wrong plug,We decided to take it back. When we got there they said they have to charge us a 25% restocking fee and tax that we paid. We said it did not work, still they insisted on the fees. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, TOTAL RIP OFF, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
