I absolutely love this bank! Everyone is so friendly & helpful! Never had a bad experience

Do NOT put money in this bank!!! I made a larger deposit into my account and without notifying me in ANY way, shape, or form, they RESTRICTED my account!!!! This not only made my inaccessible, but also dropped it from my app like a hot rock! I called "customer service", and was snarkily told that to "add" an account I would have to go to the branch. She would not listen to what the problem was and then just hung up when I explained it again! At the branch,  it took OVER 30 MINUTES  to find out what had happened and for them to let me access my account again!! Republic Bank doesn't have a CLUE what customer service is!

This branch in Voorhees is one of the worst.  The employees are unfriendly, almost rude to customers.  They have very little traffic inside of the branch, yet they always have you wait for service seems to be unnecessary self importance.  The smallest transactions take at least 10 minutes to complete.  Something as easy as making a small deposit takes them sometimes 10 minutes or more. I bank with two other banks in the area.  I only use this bank as a secondary bank for my auto payments I have direct deposits going into my account every two weeks.  But I will definitely be closing my account here. I don't recommend this bank to anyone.

If you're fed up with TD and their fees Republic, the old Commerce, is a great choice. They all have coin counters that are accurate, customer service personnel that are helpful and respectful and the lowest priced safe deposit boxes around!

Very pleasant bank to work with. Staff are always friendly, and remember you most of the time. Fees are low and interest rates are decent. All sorts of nice amenities for people who have accounts with Republic. Hopefully they stay with the model they are at, and not like how Commerce bank sold to TD!  Verdict: If you liked Commerce before TD, you'll be interested in Republic.

The reason from the low rating is because customer service is not that good. Possibly because this is a new bank and the employees are new as well. Every time I have a question that I believe should be easy to answer I have to wait while the person at the bank calls customer support and then waits on hold themselves as the person on the other end asked their supervisor.

The worst customer service I have had a at a bank . I work for a large company and we get change from them . Theu don’t greet you when you come in ask how your doing . No thank you nothing! Courtney is very rude and not a people person at all . Truly wish the company would change banks

I got my first credit card here! I had no credit history, but I was approved for the student card even though I'd been denied for other student cards, and with better APR and terms than a secured card no yearly fees/etc. Definitely really glad about that. Staff was friendly, too.

I was extremely happy that commerce bank was back at Republic Bank. I loved it when Commerce was open and was excited to open an account for my sons. At least I was until today when I visited the Voorhees branch.  I went to the drive through there was only one car finishing up. The attendant walked a way I thought to go grab something or take care of something however they never came back to assist me.  I sat there and waited assuming they were coming back. When they never came back I went inside and asked what happened to the representative that was working the drive thru I was told they didn’t see me and no one was there. The person that said it was the one working the drive thru so I know it was a lie.  I don’t mind coming in and if the drive thru was closed but for the drive thru open light to be on and just to be ignored and the indifference of attitude by the teller makes me wonder is Republic bank really only interested in helping certain customers
