The room was clean and comfortable but it's clear that these units are in serious need of updating and repairs. The kitchen floor is peeling and the furnishing are basic as well. It is conveniently located near some restaurants and shopping. We only stayed one night so it may be better suited for the typical longer stayed.Rooms: 2/5
This was one of the poorest hotels I’ve been in recently. The walls and ceilings were like paper. We could hear conversations next door and it was like the commercial with the cloggers upstairs. The place is old and showing it’s age. It’s too bad because I thought it would be quiet. They have several buildings each with only eight apartments in each one. Also one of the closest hotels to UB. Won’t be going back.
Place has gone downhill. This used to be our go-to hotel when in town but the quality has dropped significantly while the prices continue to go up. Two stays in a row now the shower drains are backed up. The stairwells are dirty, carpets stained, and our kitchen in building 6 smelled like a dead animal. We’ll try other hotels next time.
All in all it's a good hotel with friendly staff and decent amenities. The only real issue is the way it is set up if your neighbors are not polite about being quiet they can be quite noisy outside but it's not too bad.Rooms: 4/5
We stayed for one night and had a good experience here. The 1 bedroom + loft space was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was great to have separate spaces for the adults and kids to sleep as well as a table to eat at. There are tons of restaurants around to choose from and the hotel provided a full breakfast buffet with lots of options. It was a very convenient spot for traveling and we would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic Place! We stayed in the 2 bedroom. Flawless, like a mini apartment. Staff is friendly, attentive . Courtyard is landscaped and full of flowers, nice pool. I left to early in the morning to try the breakfast, but the wife and kids enjoyed it.Rooms: 5/5
Solid choice, very spacious. Temperature control was a little off from other hotel but maybe it's just me. Room also had a distinct smell, it wasn't a bad smell, just had a neutral smell. Would book again though.Rooms: 4/5
The hotel is conveniently located in Vestal, with easy access to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gyms, etc. The property was well maintained even during the harsh upstate winter. It has all the amenities you need for a long stay, including a guest laundry with 2 dryers and 2 washing machines, pantry where you can buy food/drinks, business center, and fitness room. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, and a fully equipped kitchen. A complimentary breakfast was offered daily. The best part of my stay was without a doubt the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make this hotel our home away from home for almost 6 months. Teresa and Dennis were extremely accommodating and diligent with our reservations. Whether leisure or business, we'll definitely come back here. Highly recommend.
Stayed for a night. The room was good and the people at the reception were polite and helpful. Would stay again.
