Easy access to the local highways, nice kitchenette with dishes, pots, utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Cute small fireplace for ambiance but not for heat. Complimentary breakfast off the lobby was well stocked. Friendly staff and a small market in the lobby. Very close to all the shopping you could want. In need of maintenance and previous occupant or more were smokers. I’m allergic and congested during the stay. Out clothes soaked in the cigarette smell. The tub didn’t drain and the entry door to the room was very difficult to open and rusted. The place needs some PM.
Very good hotel is now even better with an upgraded restaurant. I usually stay here on business trips around once a quarter. Excellent service, fantastic made to order breakfast. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Great customer service from the night front desk woman. Arrived after midnight and she was very warm and inviting. Rooms were clean even got an upgrade to the 2bdr loft. Beds were soft but not too soft. Breakfast had a good variety. Would definitely recommend and stay again.Rooms: 5/5
$250 incidental hold! Management incorporated a "super 8" style of ensuring this hold will be collected- making guests sign a tacky paper waiver stating you authorize $250 to be held for incidentals. As a titanium elite member, I travel every day and have a perfect record in terms of incident, and I am appalled that management expects all guests to shell out $250 for a 1 night stay, in addition to the above average room rate. There are a handful of other properties in the area for much cheaper, and with reasonable $20, and $50 holds. The $250 hold would make sense if there was an onsite restaurant or spa in which charges can be posted to the room, but there is not. This is simply a deterrent to the guests who treat this hotel as a party-pad. Understandable, however not fair to all other guests - myself included who are struggling to get by and cannot afford this type of a hold. Check-in was refused. I hope this review helps other hard working people interested in booking here. Cheers!
Facilities are great but the best thing about staying here is the staff! They are amazing, attentive, polite, friendly, and very helpful.
The rooms are old and shabby. The people that work here are very kind. My most recent stay... there was a dog barking all night and the people upstairs were very loud like running around at 5am. That said, it's a convenient location.Rooms: 2/5
The place was constructed as very open space yet felt like home. I love the loft set up. Only small issue was there was no large trash can/dumpster/etc. I am grateful for a lady who gave me large black bags and happily informed me of where trash should be placed to get it removed. Owners/management should at least one or more large bags should be available to guests since there is no where to put it without one
