I love this hotel!! The staff is kind and attentive. They always go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I am so glad I chose to stay here while in Charleston, everything was perfect down to the details! The room was clean, the fitness center was large and up to date, and the staff responded to my needs quickly and were so polite. It was also close to everything I needed food, breweries, the airport, activities, and more I cannot wait to come back!! The General Manager, Mrs. Della-Penna, is especially caring and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Dog friendly property and clean, which gets 5 stars from me. Room was updated and the service was good. We had our kids on the pull out sofa, which worked out well. We made coffee in our room and realized there weren't enough coffee mugs but otherwise everything was clean and available. Outdoor pool only so we couldn't use it because it was on the cold side. It's a large property so breakfast was busy but there was plenty of food and the staff kept things clean and plentiful.

The staff here at this North Charleston Residence Inn is the BEST! Keke, Cindy and Carlos who run everything up front go above & beyond to take care of anything you request. The hotel’s manager, Jennifer is the sweetest and so knowledgeable & attentive. and the rest of the staff that take care of cleaning, fixing things, etc., they are so friendly and helpful and do an excellent job!!! They also put on a Thanksgiving feast which was so delicious with all the kinds of food you would have back home on this holiday! I just can not say enough good things about this amazing group of kind folks at this Residence Inn. They welcome you and treat you like family! My family and I look forward to another stay here soon! Thank you Residence Inn for making our vacation in Charleston so special, y’all are the BEST!!!

I am a Marriott platinum elite member. I stayed 2 weeks for a business trip. I was very pleased with hotel until check out. They gave me a nice upgrade and room was very clean and very spacious. After staying one week, they sent me a receipt and i noticed the rate was different than my reservation so i asked to correct it and the front lady promised but after 2 weeks, while checking put, i noticed the rate was wrong again. At the end, they corrected but the front desk lady was so rude and manager did not bother to come out.

This Residence Inn absolutely defies expectations. If you're looking for a wonderful stay that doesn't include a 5-Star price point, this place is for you. Shuttle service, complimentary breakfast, and easily the best customer service I've received in a hotel. Room was clean and stocked, housekeeping professional and kind. Will come back. Kiki really made this hotel stay stand head and shoulders above any other.

My brother passed and our family stayed here to attend his home going services, and grieve our loss. My stay was excellent because Shereice Coleman and the housekeeping staff made sure my family and I was taken care of. The rooms were clean. Her staff was friendly, understanding and showed us compassion. While the hotel industry is suffering shortages overall. The Residence Inn by Marriott Charleston Airports staff bent over backwards to ensure we did not feel it. Thank you Ms. Coleman and the rest of the Marriott staff for the great hospitality in what was a trying time for our family. Ty

Very nice hotel. The check in clerkDon Johnson was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful. We came in quite late and he was very attentive. The hotel was clean and they had a nice breakfast. Will stay here again

Manager Jen and staff make you feel like family! Jen is always working to improve the guest experience. Look forward to the weekly taco/burger/spaghetti nights with beer keg. The hot out of the oven chocolate chip cookies was a Great Touch! Recent cornhole tournament with Marriott Bonvoy points on the line was a huge success! It was a great way to meet other guests. Thanks Residence Inn Team for making our long term stay so positive!

Overall the stay was okay. Positives: having the shuttle to and from the airport, the gym was updated, and Keke of course was the best part of the entire establishment. Negatives: the breakfast food barely had any taste, the beds felt cheap, the bathroom was outdated, and we never received any cleaning services from our time Thursday to Sunday. We ended up booking this hotel through points, and will not be visiting again. If you’re looking for the Charleston experience I would recommend staying closer to the city if you can afford to do so.

We spent one overnight at the Residence Inn by Marriott Charleston Airport on Tuesday, January 17 th. We were treated with such wonderful hospitality and genuine kindness. We travel with out 15 1/2 year old Jack Russell Terrier who is struggling a bit with aging. Chikethia “Keke” Perry checked us in and was incredibly accommodating. We requested first floor access due to our pet and she was able to arrange a beautiful suite by the exterior door. She offered to listen for our pet while we went to dinner and offered to call us if he was barking. Keke Perry and Sheneicka Coleman were superior in customer service. They were attentive and friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. The room was beautiful and spotless. The food at this hotel was incredible. The breakfast was fresh and although there were no gluten- free options except eggs, they were delicious. It was obvious that everyone at this hotel from management to food preparation takes pride in their jobs. The hotel was brightly lit outside so I was comfortable walking the dog at night. This hotel was an excellent value for the price. You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel. There is an exercise room and pool which I did not use this time but we will be returning. It’s just a thirty minute car ride to Folly Beach and the Bonefish Grill next door was a great place for dinner!
