Residence Inn

All good for an overnight stay on a cross country drive with two dogs. I was travelling with my dog and my parents and their dog. Having a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette was perfect. We all had our own space 2 bathrooms! And I couldn't even hear my parents snoring lol! It was quiet and clean, I had no issues. The evening staff was great, so helpful and brought us a hairdryer and ice when our ice maker in the freezer was being slow. The breakfast was great, with lots of options. I would recommend staying and would stay here again if I'm in the area.

After many days of traveling we were really only looking for a place to stop. This place was awesome! We were able to check in early. The place was clean and welcoming and the front desk personnel were polite and efficient. On the way to our room I was pleased to see clean hallway carpeting and elevators. Our room was great! It was spacious and clean. There was a full refrigerator and dishes for for each of us. It didn't take much for me to get to sleep on the comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. I didn't care for the turkey sausage but everything else was good. We have always been happy staying at Marriott properties and if in the Earth City area again will definitely stay here.

Had to go to St. Louis because a family member was sick and we stayed at the Residence. Such nice folks and the room was huge! The bed was super comfortable. They have a lovely continental breakfast each morning. Very nice.Rooms: 5/5

I worked here 19 years ago and its just as I remembered. The staff still goes out of their way to be friendly and the breakfast has upgraded so much old job lol. The rooms are still clean and very comfortable. Amazing how 19 years later and you guys still on the Good Customer Service first. Keep up the good work.Rooms: 5/5

Excellent stay! Comfortable, clean room with full kitchen. Convenient location by airport and many restaurants. Fantastic hot/cold buffet breakfast. The egg white/kale/tomato frittatas were awesome! Thanks for a great visit!Rooms: 5/5

The front desk staff is sometimes in the back office so they may take a while to get to you at check in. No interaction really just gave me my keys. When I asked where to park I got nothing. I decided to stay another night so I used the app and there were rooms. But I decided to go to the front desk and take care of it. I was surprised when I was told they were sold out. Oh, but she pulled a "miracle" and took care of it. Just stop that nonsense. Other than those 2 incidents, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was as expected. It was a 1 bedroom suite. But no blanket or pillows for the pullout sofa? The remote was hit and mostly miss. The shower was fine. The kitchen was fine. The living room was fine. The bedroom was fine. The breakfast was fine. I would have liked some bread for toast, but I managed. There were eggs and turkey sausages. There was also a premade burrito. I think. I had an English muffin and it was fine. They had a waffle maker and oatmeal. Also some instant oatmeal cups. There were bagels and muffins as well. At checkout I had to wait for someone to go back into the office and drag someone out.

I didn't stay here but my car ran hot one morning going to work and I ended up on their parking lot thanx to county police. The front desk employee, a beautiful young lady was very helpful allowing me to use the phone, tying it up a few times to get help. She even went the extra mile to come get me when my friend called me back! Beautiful people there. Thank you guys for being there for me! Kudos to you!!!

wonderful hotel! everyone is so kind and the room layout is very convenient. the whole hotel is kept very clean and offers lots of amenities from laundry to an exercise room. i had a great time staying here.

Very Poor. Laundry Room soap dispenser out of order both; Lateral door does not open with room key; vent in the bathroom so loud I cannot turn on the bathroom light at night, room it is on the same button; service unreliable, have to make and remake my room keys about 20 times or more. Every time I go back to the room they do not work and I have to go back to the reception to make a new one. Very disappointed!

Just read some of the other comments. Work out me here once for long term… couple real noisy nights. Front desk is pretty much always vacant until you ring the bell. Very transactional and not very personal. A little outdated and always something broken.
