Robin, Sandy, and Angela take great care of you for breakfast and the happy hour. All of the front desk staff is fantastic. Paige kept my room spotless the entire time. This place has a small crew but that definitely did not detract from the service I received. While I could ask for updated mattresses and a little more water pressure, I could not ask for a better place to stay. Service here is second to none. Christina is the manager and she made sure everything was on point. I was here for an entire month and had the same results each day. Thank you to all the staff!
Nice enough hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of casual restaurants Steak n Shake, Chipotle, Panera, Lowes, and Wal-Mart. There's a pool, workout room, laundry room, and a cute patio with a fire pit where we sat and ate ice cream. The room itself was nothing to write home about one doesn't expect a dog-friendly room to be pristine, but was clean and furnished with everything we needed: refrigerator, dishwasher, plates and cups, silverware. There was even a handy vegetable peeler. But what stood out most was the excellent customer service: everyone I spoke to, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, was incredibly helpful and friendly: they offered Milkbones and pets to our dogs, helped out quickly when one of the dryers in the laundry room stopped working, and recommended favorite nearby pizza joints the woman I spoke to endorsed Happy Joe's Pizza and it was tasty. I also greatly appreciated the vegetarian and vegan-friendly free breakfast: there were the standard trays of eggs and potatoes, but they had a full pan of soy vegetarian sausage !, plus oatmeal, pastries, waffles, various cold cereals, and good coffee, with oat milk and oat creamer available. All in all it was a pleasant place to spend a night, and I will absolutely stay there again next time I visit the Quad Cities.
I had a great stay on a business trip! I'm not one to eat out, so the option to have a suite with a kitchen was great! I had plenty of room to work, cook a meal and relax. It was so close and convenient to the airport! The complimentary breakfast had decent options for vegetarians/vegans too. The staff was so kind. I will absolutely be back for my next trip!
Loved the bed, very comfy. Room was spacious. Only issue is with breakfast fare and evening social. Other Residence Inns have wider options at breakfast and alcohol and finger food at evening social for approximately same rate. But those are free, so only knocked off one star for established expectations not being met.
My experience at this Marriott Residence Inn in Moline, IL was very very very bad. I work away from home for the Government and when I checked in at the Marriott Residence Inn in Moline, IL. I specifically asked for the Gov. rate $98.00 which they told I would receive for the work week I stayed there. At the end of my work week 6 days later I checked out. Only to find that they charged me $200.00 to $239.00 everyday of the week. A bill that should have been about $500.00 was now about $1,500.00. I called them about 5 times talked to the Manager asking them to adjust hotel receipt to the Gov. rate amount which they had quoted at my check-in $98.00per day. They absolutely refused, I told that all they had to do was tell me that their Gov. rate was not $98.00 per day, but $239.00 per day and I would have never excepted to stay there. They absolutely refused to make any adjustments to the hotel receipt bill. So when I got to work I informed all my Government peers not to stay at the Marriott Residence Inn in Moline because of there unfairness and willingness to screw over the customer for a buck. By the way this mistake has happen to me and other Government employees who use the Government rate at other hotels when working away from home, but the other hotels has always been eagerly willing to make it right for the customer. Marriott Residence Inn in Moline is the 1st hotel that screw over there customer for buck. I will continue to warn people and my Gov. peers not to stay at this place, I am not sure if they do it on purpose for the money or if there business practices is that poor. But I and my friends won't be staying their anymore!!!!
Rooms are old, not clean and air conditioning doesnt work well. Reception staff is good and helpful. Breakfast is ..Rooms: 2/5
Let both my 120lb chocolate lab and 13lb chihuahua stay. Super nice for a 3 star hotel. Just wasn't told it was under renovation so hot tub was closed and 2 Lil girls and wife and her bestie couldn't get in a hot tub when it was 20 degrees out kinda sucked. For $270 for the night. $75 doggie non refundable should've been told to us at check in, but oh well
Very clean place. Nice breakfast. Rita at front desk is simply amazing!!Rooms: 5/5
This place was one of the more neglected and dirty properties in which I have stayed. From the sofa, the chairs, the carpet, to the shower curtain and around the sink in the restroom, the room had not been cleaned well. The common areas were decently maintained and kept. The bed was not the feel of a Marriott property either. Choose another place if possible.
Was able to make last changes. Friendly staffs. Good waffle. Rooms: Have kitchen
