It's a good place to stay if you like prison. At first they are helpful until you been there awhile. I was in D block and was outside smoking at 2:00am. You can see roaches crawling up the stairs. Sheriff Deputies, Ambulance , and Fire Dept. There almost every day.
I lived here in 2020 thru Aug 2021 and now I'm moving back in as they are affordable and a good community. The Office staff is very nice and helpful.

I was their.for 4 months it was a very quiet community I didn't have any problems and the staff was great Kyle was always helpful and very kind. Melva was very good to always helped when I needed it.
Loved the place. The staff was friendly and management was awesome. I stayed in one of the tiny homes and it was the cutest thing. It was well maintained and clean and I loved it all. The security measures made me feel safer than most places. Loved living there.
I would have to say that if you are moving into the area and looking for a place that is peaceful and the staff is friendly this is your place! The upkeep of the place is also pretty good as well, everyone seems pretty respectful! Very nice place, also thanks for the hard work of getting me into a place!
I am a Parole officer and have directed a few of my Parolees for residence placement. It is clean on the grounds It is affordable for lower income people. It is gated with a code to control access which is a plus. However, I know firsthand a trailer they say meets ADA requirements does not. They need to put in a wheelchair ramp for my client ASAP as he is blind and wheelchair bound. This keeps him from being able to go outside!
Great facility! It is very clean, quiet, and a beautiful location. The cheapest prices I can find, even though it's cheap, it is not in bad shape. Prices are $700, $800, $900, and $1,000 a month.
Terrible place to live there real friendly and accepting at first just to get you in the door and get your money they refused to send exterminators to come take care of the property full of roaches they tell you you get what you're paying for. Kyle and melva will go behind the owners back to try and help you out and then as soon as their butts are in trouble they will throw you under the bus and lie as if they've never told you things. You pay $1,100 a month to live in a concentration camp if you're in the market for an escort they have an underground escort service on telegram look it up residence
Great people in the office very friendly very helpful they willing to work with everybody as long as you work with them clean Park everybody keeps the keeps to themselves I've never had any issues very affordable
